SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Dear Colour My Heart Runners,
Thank you for joining the Great Eastern Colour My Heart Run 2015 – Kuala Lumpur. We are all very excited to start the
run and lets get colourlful! Have loads of fun but please remember to be safe. We look forward to welcoming you on the
morning of Sunday, 24th May 2015 at Dataran Merdeka.
General Information
Bag Drop (5.30am – 11.00am)
• Organizer is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage.
• Collection must be made by 11.00am

5KM runners collect colour powder and proceed to START
line.

5KM Flag off at 10 minute intervals.

Number Bib
• Please attach your number bib so it is visible on the front of your shirt.
Start / Finish Time
• For 12KM runners, last start time allowed is 7.10am
• 12KM roads reopen at 9.00am 5KM roads reopen at 9.30am
Important Tips
• Safety First
• Do not bring valuable items.
• Wear comfortable apparel and shoes.
• NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.
• Runners please keep to the right, walkers and participants with strollers etc
keep to the left.
• The powder is 100% natural but please wear the sunglasses and masks
provided, in the fun zones.
• Please follow all directions provided by event officials, volunteers and law
enforcement officers.
• Stay hydrated. There are hydration stations on route.
• DO NOT LITTER. Please use trash bins provided along the route.
• In case of any emergency please contact the nearest Marshall to you.
They are identifiable through the Need Help? signage. Medical assistance is
stationed along the route.
• Please be courteous to all law enforcement officers, officials and crew on
route. They are working hard to ensure that you enjoy your day but do not
necessarily want to finish as colourful as you.
Assembly Point
Please assemble in the right location for your selected run.
• 5KM runners – on the padang itself.
• 12KM runners – at the START line.
Access & Parking
Public car parks immediately adjacent to Dataran Merdeka can be found in Daya
Bumi and DBKL Parking on Jalan Raja Laut and behind the KWSP Building on
Lorong Gombak. There is parking also around Padang Merbok.
If you are taking public transport, the nearest LRT station is Masjid Jamek.
