SALEEN UNVEILS A GAME CHANGER WITH THE 2015 302 BLACK LABEL
The Most Advanced Mustang in Design, Power, and Performance from Saleen
Saleen Automotive Inc. (OTCQB: SLNN) Los Angeles, CA – (March 20, 2015)
Earlier this year, Saleen Automotive released their 2015 White and Yellow Label 302 Mustangs to
much fanfare. To round out their fleet, Saleen pulled out all the stops and developed one of the
best Mustangs to date. This car is set to change the way pony cars are looked at from here on
out. At a one-of-a-kind event in Downtown LA, Saleen raised the curtain on the latest pony car out
of their Corona, CA headquarters.
“Since I started building cars in 1984 my goal has always been to go above and beyond where
anybody has been before”, said Steve Saleen. “This will by far be the most refined and advanced
Mustang we have built to date.”
With over 30 years of experience in both racing and manufacturing vehicles, it was only a matter
of time before Saleen built a Mustang as comprehensive and technologically advanced as the
2015 302 Black Label.
Power
Saleen combined the reliability and potency of the 5.0L Coyote motor with a twin-screw supercharger. The pair produces the most power from a production Mustang yet at 730 horsepower
and 600 lb-ft of torque on 91 octane gas.
“From the beginning of this project, we have always known that we wanted to create the most
powerful production Mustang we have ever built”, said Sven Etzelsberger, V.P. of Engineering. “I
can happily say that we have accomplished this goal with great success.”
Suspension, Brakes, Wheels and Tires
The 2015 Saleen 302 Black Label not only outperforms every competitor in engine performance, but also outshines even previous
generation Saleen Mustangs in handling.
This is because the chassis consists of an independent suspension on all four corners. Outfitted with Saleen S4 springs, shocks,
swaybars, and bushings, this setup offers complete performance and handling for both on and off the track.
A massive set of 15-inch dimpled rotors and multi-piston brakes bring the car back down from hyperspeed. “A brake setup of this caliber is perfectly fit on an ultra-high performance vehicle like the Black Label 302”, added Etzelsberger.

Keeping the Black Label planted to the road are 275/35R20 tires in
the front and 275/40R20 tires in the rear. These are wrapped
around a set of Saleen 20 inch 5-spoke alloy wheels that are available in multiple finishes.
Design
By far the most advanced design out of Saleen, the Black Label
302 combines the legacy that Saleen is known for with unconventional design elements and materials for a truly unique vehicle inside and out, top to bottom. This all-new Saleen vehicle started with
finely tuned aerodynamic body components. As always, Saleen has
spent considerable time optimizing lift over drag (L/D) and this vehicle is no exception. Lengthened an inch and a half in the front and
almost two inches in the rear helps to increase the airfoil, thereby
increasing downforce over the entire vehicle. A trademark Saleen
rear wing balances the downforce created by the front air splitter.
Carbon fiber body components help to lighten the overall weight of
the vehicle.
The interior is a mix of luxury and styling with black leather and suede seats accented in contrasting chevrons. A high contrast gauge cluster provides key vitals
to the driver at a glance. Harking back to Saleen’s racing heritage is a leather
wrapped steering wheel with controls for audio and the center stack display between the gauges. Unique badging finishes off the interior that includes a dash
plaque signifying year of manufacture and serial number of each vehicle.
A full set of Saleen 302 badging and graphics will also be included to complement
any one of the standard or custom Saleen paint schemes available on all Saleen
vehicles. To match the beauty and refinement of such a remarkable car, Saleen
has developed a new paint coating with BASF to launch with this vehicle. California Sunset is a cross between a golden yellow and the hues of a setting sun to
create a truly unique color that changes with the light. As with the rest of the
Saleen lineup, the 2015 302 Black Label will receive a Saleen serialization and
unique Saleen VIN. Each car is also hand signed by Steve Saleen, ensuring it has
gone through the rigorous post-production quality control process.
“This car pushes the boundaries of proportion, both functionally and aesthetically,
while transforming the signature American pony car look into a new class of
American Exotic”, explained Sean Smith, Design Director.
The 2015 Saleen 302 Black Label will have a starting price of $73,214 and is

Saleen Expands Electric Performance Vehicle Lineup
Saleen delivers the 1st Saleen Tesla model, and provides additional drivetrain options.
Saleen Automotive Inc. (OTCQB: SLNN) Corona, CA – (November 20, 2014) - Saleen Automotive has begun
deliveries of the Model S based Saleen FOURSIXTEEN, which comes only a short time after the successful new
product launch in Pebble Beach, CA. This places Saleen Automotive Inc in an advantageous position in the rapidly
growing electric performance car segment as the Saleen Tesla (ST) hits the streets.
“Keeping with our core competencies, we’ve accomplished concept-to-production in a short time,” noted Steve
Saleen, CEO of Saleen Automotive. “Moving quickly in the automotive industry is paramount to maintaining (and
gaining) marketshare, especially in such an advanced segment as the electric car market.”
2015 ST Models on the Horizon
In addition to production on the current 2014 P85+ based sedan, Saleen is also taking orders on the 2015 model lineup. The updated
2015 drivetrain will present an additional opportunity for Saleen to increase cooling performance, aerodynamics and acceleration on
the base 60 and 85, and P85D Model S chassis.
Advancements in the Model S base chassis drivetrain provide the 2015 ST models with additional ordering options: A single motor
380HP motor configuration and a dual motor 691HP motor configuration. As with the 2014 Saleen Tesla, both models will offer all
available driveline options and Saleen specific technology such as the motor cooling systems and driveline enhancements.
With a starting MSRP of $124,500 after federal tax credits, the newly updated vehicle and configurations on the 2015 all-electric
Saleen model will receive updated badging as well; The Saleen ST.
ST | 380
The 380HP base model will receive a myriad of additional upgrades including aerodynamics, aesthetics, braking, and Saleen specific
suspension components as standard equipment. New for this model year is the 2+2 Saleen performance seating which is now standard on all ST models. Optional equipment will continue and include the Saleen specific 11.39:1 final gear ratio and Saleen carbon
ceramic brakes.
ST | 691
This model is the ultimate in all-electric performance and provides a unique track capable throttle response, acceleration, and torque
management efficiency worthy of any world-class Supercar. When configured with the Saleen specific features and optional drive ratios, the 691HP all-wheel drive dual motor configuration is expected to accelerate at a seat planting 0-60MPH in under 3 seconds.

History of Minilite Wheels
The original Minilite wheel was probably the most successful
competition wheel of the 1960’s and 70’s. As the name suggests, it was originally developed as a magnesium competition
wheel for the then revolutionary new Austin ‘Mini’, but its instant
success meant that it was soon to be seen on many of the serious race and rally cars of that era.
Saleen has this inspiration for our heritage wheels which can be
found on the Parnelli Jones and George Follmer edition cars.
Unlike the original Minilites, ours are crafted out of aluminum
and offer that unique Saleen touch that has been sought after
for decades.
In the continuing effort to expand our aftermarket parts lineup,
Saleen currently has 19" 7-spoke Minilite inspired wheels instock for 2005-15 Mustangs.
Saleen announced that they currently have body kits for all
years Saleen Mustangs in-stock and ready to ship.

Saleen vehicles were displayed at the Eagle One Booth at the 2014 SEMA Auto Show in Las Vegas on November 4-7, 2014. In 2014
Eagle One used a Saleen 302 Black Label in their promotions. The Saleen was given away at the end of the campaign. To cap off the
Saleen relationship, Eagle One adorned the majority of their product labels with Saleen vehicles and had all Saleen vehicles at their
Eagle One SEMA display.

The Mustang Club of Charlotte County Florida hosted their annual Fun in the Sun Car Show for Mustangs and Fords on November 2,
2014. The weather was perfect! It was a real pleasure to be able to spend time in Florida and enjoy shows and cruises for an
extended season. Palm trees and clear skies enhanced the beauty of the showfield.

The Gulf Shore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida held their Fall Car Cruise at Galloway Ford on November 8, 2014. Summer is reserved for indoor activities for clubs in Florida. Clouds were present, but the day stayed dry.

National Parts Depot All Ford Show: January 10&11, 2015
Weather is always relative to the time of year and of course, location. On Saturday, January 10, 2015 the
following high temperatures were reported: Buffalo, New York 17° with snow ; Sturgis, South Dakota 37°
and sunny; Corona, California 64° and cloudy; and Silver Springs, Florida 62° and sunny. The conditions at
Silver Springs, Florida were better than most parts of the USA. Winter outdoor car shows are not possible
for most Saleen owners, but the National Parts Depot All Ford Show is a traditional winter event that attracts around 1000 Fords and Mustangs each year.
Silver Springs Nature Park is a good example of Florida's commitment to preserve nature and historical sites. The park is the home of
Glass Bottom Boats and clear natural springs. Visitors can ride in the Glass Bottom Boats and view the underwater aquatic life, ancient sunken dugout canoe, and replicas of Greek statues that were used for a movie. The area was the location for the 1960s TV
series, Sea Hunt, and some vintage Tarzan movies. Since 2013 the park has been a Florida State Park.
The awards ceremony was held on Sunday, January 11. Rick Schmidt, President of National Parts Depot, presented the awards.

All Ford Nationals, Carlisle, Pennsylvania: June 5-7, 2015
The Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club is pleased to announce that, for the 3rd year in a row, it will host the appearance
of Steve Saleen at the 2015 All Ford Nationals, Carlisle, Pennsylvania on June 5-7, 2015. The Ford GT (made for Ford by
Saleen) is the featured car. Carlisle Events will have all Saleen
produced vehicles park together so that all owners can have
time to spend with Steve Saleen. Last September 2014 Steve
Saleen gave us a very early commitment to attend this event.
This was reconfirmed in early April 2015.

Saleen Registration
The Carlisle Showfield has Saleen Mustang classes 385, 386,
387, & 388. An all Saleen Powered Class # 389 for other Saleen
powered vehicles has been added. (It is listed slightly out of
order in the middle of the 390s on the Carlisle website.) Carlisle
also has Black, Red, and Yellow Mustang registration. These
separate Mustang groups will not be part of the Saleen display
area.
All the Saleen classes will be parked near the Ford GT special
feature car area to allow for Saleen owners to be near Steve
Saleen's activities with the Ford GT group. This is the first time
that all Saleen built vehicles will be displayed together. (This will
not be in our usual area in the Mustang section.)
Friday Afternoon, June 5, 2015
On Friday afternoon, June 5, 2015, the Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club will host an exclusive Saleen and Ford GT owners autograph session with Steve Saleen. This exclusive Friday Saleen and Ford GT session is being offered to allow time for Steve Saleen to
personally greet owners, sign Saleen memorabilia, and Saleen built vehicles (including Ford GTs). For Saleen and Ford GT owners
who are unable to attend on Friday, time to sign vehicles will be offered on Saturday. Please try to attend on Friday to avoid the long
lines on Saturday and assure that there is enough time to get your autographs and photos with Steve Saleen.
Friday Evening, June 5, 2015
Steve Saleen will attend the Carlisle Events Friday evening dinner for Ford GT owners. To avoid conflicts with Carlisle activities, the
Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club will not be arranging a Friday dinner as has been done in the past. Saleen Owners can stay and
hang out at the club tent Friday evening, but only owners who purchase a Ford GT package will be able to attend the Ford GT dinner
and exclusive Ford GT activities. Those who want to stay and hang out at the club tent can eat at the food vendor area under the
Grand Stands. Most of the food vendors are open until 5:00. Most area restaurants will have long lines at 5:00.
Ford GT Celebration Packages
The Ford GT packages are $200 for the Friday Night Ford GT Party with no Ford GT registered or $250 for the Full Ford GT celebration package including a Ford GT registration and Saturday Night Parade for a Ford GT. These events are being arranged by Carlisle

Friday Night, June 5, 2015
The $200 Friday Night VIP GT Party gets you into the VIP party within Building T. Meet and chat with all the Ford GT celebrities in
attendance, get them to sign your favorite GT model or your favorite GT book. Hear from the celebrities as the night goes on and see
who they select as their special GT Celebrity Choice picks. After dinner and speeches the night will conclude with a special autograph
signing opportunity with all the celebrities in attendance. Carlisle Events will be providing a limited edition poster for this celebration for
you to have signed in addition to what you may have.
Saleen owners who register a car in their class and want to purchase the $200 Friday night VIP GT package will need to upgrade to
the VIP package and get details by contacting Ken Appell at Carlisle Events: 717-243-7855.

Attend the show and check the Carlisle Events program booklet to get the times of Steve Saleen's seminars and activities. There will
be Saturday autograph sessions and Saleen vehicle signings. Ford GTs will be at the front of the Saturday evening parade to downtown Carlisle.
Registration for Showfield $55 - 10% discount prior to May 4, 2015
Registration includes weekend admission for two people. To qualify for the 10% Gate-N-Go pre-registration discount and have your
entry window sticker mailed to you, please pre-register prior to May 4th, 2015 at midnight EST. Discount will be applied at checkout.
After registering, a receipt will be emailed to you. Please take this receipt to the event. If you belong to a club, enter the full club name.
