Everyone has my trust from the beginning and just needs to “keep” it. When employees feel they’ve been trusted, they go the extra mile. Inspire colleagues whenever they feel like they have reached their limit. Fill processes with structure and make them more efficient; so everybody knows their task and responsibilities. I want my staff to bring in their competences and to act with self-confidence and entrepreneurship. As their manager, I built the frame for this behavior. I‘m proud of: The turnaround of Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof to a profitable operation. Managing the hotel through the international economic crisis and leading it fast to success was a challenging experience I wouldn’t want to miss. Repositioning the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin after the renovation phase as the new “old” place to be in town is an achievement I am proud of. We have the leading RGI of all hotels in Stuttgart keeping the competition at a distance. The Lady among the hotels is younger and more vital than ever and still has potential to be revealed. My visions are: Keeping Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin at number 1 of the Stuttgart hotels and further develop Steigenberger Grandhotel Petersberg. I hope to further progress and develop within the Steigenberger Hotel Group and look forward to further challenges and objectives that I will be put in charge of. My visions are: I am already looking very much forward to the positioning of the new hotel opening project Cloud No 7 in Stuttgart and hope to be able to accompany this project at least until its opening.
