At each camp, we will: 3 Learn from local and national sportscasters, top athletes and coaches. 3 Make sports anchor and “In Your Face” tapes in a studio. 3 Make play-by-play tapes of pro football, baseball, and basketball games. 3 Make sideline reporting tapes. Campers will also have the chance to participate in PTI and trivia contests, sports talk radio shows, as well as Stump the Schwab, Sports Password, Family Feud and Podcasting. Lunch will be provided. Overnight activities include: 3 Attending a live Major/Minor league game (if there is a game in town). 3 Wiffle Ball, Basketball, Racquetball, Volleyball, Swimming, etc. (Activities vary per camp). Breakfast/dinner will be served in college cafeterias. Best week of my summer for 3 years in a row was when I went to Play by Play camps. He founded the Scholastic Play-by-Play Network in 1995 which promotes/televises/runs high school basketball tournaments nationwide. In all, 74 players including Lebron James, Dwight Howard, Kevin Durant, Kyle Lowry, and Anthony Davis played in his events as prepsters. Jeremy wrote for the Philadelphia Inquirer for nine years and has written sports articles for many national publications like Sporting News, Sport, Athlon and Lindy’s since 1991. Jeremy was the featured reporter on the Inquirer High School Sports Show on Fox-29 and NBC in Philadelphia from 1994-2001, as well as providing high school play-by-play and color commentary for Comcast from 2000 to 2012. He has just been hired for a new show on high school sports on Comcast and will be starting his fourth season as a reporter on an Eagles show on radio. He also is the weekly sports editor of Philadelphia based Liberty City Press. STEVEN GOLDSTEIN Owner Steven received his bachelors degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Springfield College. Steven founded and owns Big Time Marketing, Inc., which produces sports/entertainment related events including the sports broadcasting camps as well as charitable events for pro athletes. Steven has produced events for Philadelphia Eagles Jeremiah Trotter, Brian Westbrook, Jon Runyan, Chris Gocong, and former NFL players Brian Mitchell and Vaughn Hebron.
