Buyers Unable to Attend This Sale:
Mailed or telephone bids will be handled in the most confidential manner. You may contact any of the owners or livestock
representatives.
Live Broadcast:
The sale will be broadcast live over the internet. See directions
to register to bid on page 2.
Delivery:
We will deliver bulls for free within 300 miles for 15 days following the sale. If you request us to keep the bulls longer than
15 days, delivery arrangements will be made on an individual
basis to accommodate our time schedule. Liability for death or
injury of the bull will remain with the buyers.
Hoyt’s Angus Guarantee:
All bulls selling over $3,000 or more are guaranteed for the first-year
breeding season against injury. He will be covered with a 50% guarantee and the salvage value will be split 50/50. For example for a $3,000,
$1,500 is covered by Hoyts and $1,500 is covered by the purchaser.
Any salavage value will be shared half by Hoyts and half by purchaser.
Breeding season is defined as 75 days after exposure. All claims for adjustment must be made by Oct. 1, 2016. The difference between salvage
value and purchase price will be given in the form of a replacement bull
of equal value if available, or credit toward a purchase in future sales. All
claims must be inspected by a licesnsed veterinarian verifying tag numbers. Not responsible for death or neglect. This is not a mortality coverage as that is up to the buyer to insure his purchase at his discretion.

Free Delivery – Fully Guaranteed:
$50 discount if you haul your bull home on sale day.
Current weights and scrotal measurements will be available on sale day.

Certificates will be provided to buyers upon request on sale day.
Feeding Arrangements:
Bulls can be fed for $2.50/day if left at the ranch longer than
10 days following the sale. Liability for death or injury of the
bull will remain with the buyer during the feeding period.
Volume Discount:
Volume discount of $50 per bull on the third bull (and so on).

In Loving Memory – Vernon Hoyt
On Oct. 24, 2015, we lost a husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa
and friend. Vernon passed away after a very courageous battle of cancer surrounded by his family.
For the last 56 years, he was devoted to raising his Angus cattle, farming the land, and being a proud member of the American Angus Association. He thoroughly enjoyed working and was proud of everything he
did. His immense love for the farm and ranch life was passed on to his
children and grandchildren.
Vernon was known for his quick wit and one liners. He always had a
story to share with everyone he met. Vernon was a strong and determined man.
We miss him every single day, and our lives will never be the same, but
we know he would want us to carry on and get back to work.

In tears we saw you sinking
and watched you fade away
Our hearts were really breaking
but we could not make you stay.
God watched you as you suffered,
he knew you had your share
He tenderly closed your weary eyes
and took you in his care.
But when we saw you sleeping
peacefully free from pain
We could not wish you back
to suffer that again.
Our hearts still ache with sadness
and the secret tears still flow
What it meant to lose you
only God will know.
To the place of rest we wander
where we say a little prayer
No one knows the heartache
as we turn and leave you there.
