Coating unit moves away from the laminating unit
for maintenance and cleaning
SOLVENTLESS LAMINATION
The coating unit is operator friendly with an automatic washing system of the coating rollers,
doctor-blade and the adhesive containment basin (which is teflon coated) and with an
easy access between coating unit and laminating calander for any maintenance purpose.

A laser reading system with accurate software program

Incision wheel + bursing rollers:
By means of a diamond pre-cutting wheel and a
couple of bursting rollers, one separates OPP very well.
