The cumulative GPA of ASIJ students reflects courses taken at ASIJ
only. Grades from previous schools are not included. The numerical
equivalents used in determining GPA follow NASSP (National
Association of Secondary School Principals) guidelines. AP and Honors
courses are marked (H) on ASIJ transcripts and receive an additional
weighting of 0.5 when students achieve a grade of C– or higher.
