HONORARY DIPLOMA RECIPIENT
Highly regarded as a business leader in Saskatchewan,
Dr. Karim “Kay” Nasser has his roots in the mountains of
Lebanon, where he was born and raised. After travelling the
world to gain an education, Dr. Nasser and his wife Dora
decided to settle down in the Canadian prairies after he
received his PhD at the University of Saskatchewan. He is
an educator, inventor and engineering leader, focused on
improving how people live, work and play in Saskatoon.
Following a belief that time spent learning is valuable time,
Dr. Nasser creates meaningful student experiences in any way
he can. He and his family support students in Saskatchewan
and helped them meet their educational goals through
dedicated financial support for nearly 50 years.
