What’s On?
Network Hub
Outdoor Trade Social
Brand new for OTS 2014, there will be
a dedicated area within Hall 2 called the
‘Network Hub’, which provides an area for
outdoor industry service providers to meet
and network with prospective customers
in an informal and relaxed environment.
Wednesday 10th September 2014 @ 5.30pm
The Outdoor Trade Social will take place from
5.30pm in the link area
between both halls,
providing an excellent
networking opportunity
or exhibitors and visitors
alike. There will be
complimentary drinks and nibbles for both
exhibitors and visitors and at 6pm the winners
of the OTS Novel Awards 2014 will be unveiled.
New Brands Area
Although the area isn’t new to the show,
the brands are! Introduced for the first time
at last year’s show, the New Brands Area was
a huge success for exhibiting brands and
proved extremely popular amongst retail visitors.
Make sure you pay the area (located in Hall 2)

Taking place in the meeting room (opposite the
organisers office) and available on a first come,
first served basis, this free workshop will provide
a basic grounding of know-how to produce your
own web content.

OIA Director’s Forum
Wednesday 10th September 2014 @ 7pm
The OIA Director’s Forum will take place at
Stoneleigh Park after the
show has closed, and will
be an evening of chat, debate,
questions and presentations
from well-respected guest
speakers such as Mark Held
(Director of EOCA and General Secretary of EOG)
and Nick Brown (Nikwax CEO), followed by dinner
and drinks. The sustainability themed Director’s
Forum is a free event open to all senior members
of the OIA on a first come first served basis and
provides an opportunity to network with colleagues.
