The Microsoft Student Ambassador initiative recognizes the achievements of
student leaders from Showcase Schools.
We want to offer them additional
leadership opportunities and skills, and
work with them to drive innovation and
support integration of technology in
their classrooms and throughout their
schools (their student peers, educators
and staff). We see these students as the
shining example of what a partnership
between Microsoft and a school can
achieve and offer students: a place to
develop and a bright future.
Student Ambassadors are nominated by
their school to serve as student leaders.
This initiative recognizes and celebrates
students that have taken a leadership
role among their peers and are passionate to drive student-led projects
(be they technology related or other).
These students will take part in a global
community of student leaders from
across Showcase Schools, collaborating
and sharing best practices. This group
will receive access to exclusive Microsoft
products, professionals, and opportunities such as attending global conferences. These students will work closely
with the MIE Experts from their school
and with Microsoft to lead innovation
in education and student voice and
