INCENTIVE REGATTA
After a short briefing, the boats will leave the port at 10.00am by hoisting their sails. Passengers may participate if they wish to maneuvers (hoist the sails, take the helm, set the jib...), or enjoy the pleasure of being on the water, comfortably installed in the large cockpits
of the boats. The departure will be launched, all sails out, neck and neck, the sailboats will run a first round of racing by heading over
the Bay of Monaco. The regatta will pass along Monaco, the Bay of Beaulieu, the historic village of Eze, the beach of La Mala, arriving in
front of Cap Ferrat. They will be able to put in practice their learning of the day, and achieve this way the best possible team building.
By the end of the day, around 5.00pm, each participant, greeted at the port with champagne, will receive a medal engraved with the
name of the event, and an engraved cup for the winning crew. During the day, each one would have been seduced by the magic of
the sea, exchanged, discovered the most beautiful corners from the coast with all tourist information about historical sites, and also
received training on beautiful yachts in navigation and regatta. A CD of pictures will be issued after the event for everyone to remember
their unique experience.
The «Incentive Regatta» day includes:

Lady R. is a commercial Yacht ( Tax free alcohol, fuel, cigarets, goods etc...). Sleek and luxurius, he was built in 1975 by the famous
Italian shipyard Benetti. He was totally refitted in 2006 and 2009/2010 and continously maintained by a professional crew. He
offers full air-conditionned accommodation for ten guests in five cabins, all with ensuite bathroom..

PILOTING DAY ON THE CIRCUIT OF LE LUC
Your driving experience will be held on the circuit of Le Var (Le Luc en Provence) on single driver Renault cars (140hp-450kgs/5
manual speed) or Formula 3 (200hp /5 sequential speed) and Honda go-Karts (270cc-4 strokes) and baptisms laps with a professional
driver on a Ferrari 360 Modena Challenge.
Trainees will be mentored by three qualified instructors and a mechanic for the Renault Formula, a race director and a mechanic for the
go-karts. Meeting around 8:00am and after a one-hour briefing, the group of 30 to 50 people will be divided into two subgroups; one
group will be allocated on the go-kart activity and the other one for Formula Renault Groups will be inverted on lunch time. Throughout
the day, guests can enjoy the baptisms laps in a Ferrari 360 Modena Challenge.
Your «Piloting Day on the circuit of Le Luc» includes:
• Privatization of the circuit du Luc and supplying of Formula Renault or Formula 3 cars

PILOTING DAY CATERHAMS ON THE CIRCUIT OF ALÈS
Located in the foothills of the Cevennes, the circuit «Mechanical Pole of Ales» develops a winding track of 2.5km and 13m wide,
combining long straights line to reach a top speed brushing 200km/h and preceding to a hairpin turn that demands maximum utilization
from the potential of braking. Many slow and fast turns, a very hilly and technical track to satisfy the most picky one! Meeting around
8:30am and after a half an hour briefing, trainees pilots will install themselves on small racing cars appointed Caterhams for 35 laps
of madness. To feel the sensations experienced by a real F1 driver, guests will enjoy a baptism on a two-seater Formula 1 driven by a
professional pilot.
Your «Piloting Day Caterhams on the circuit of Alès» includes:

Close by St. Tropez, the Var circuit has a 2.2km design with mandatory guarantees of the pleasure: long curves to feel the handling,
two straight lines to enjoy the acceleration and heavy braking. With its new coating made in July 2005, it also provides optimal
conditions for adhesion. Meeting at 7:45am after a one-hour briefing, trainees will install themselves aboard Vauxhall Lotus Formula
3 180hp/450kg/5 speeds gearbox (15 laps) to become familiar with the handling of cars and to enjoy at the best the driving of V8
Formula 1 (4 laps) on the afternoon. To experience the sensations felt by a real F1 driver, trainees will enjoy a baptism on a two-seater
Formula 1 driven by a professional pilot.
Your «Piloting a F1 on the circuit of the Luc» day includes:
