Grayson High School PTSA is holding a scholarship
pageant as it’s primary fundraiser to support the
educa%onal program funded by Grayson High School PTSA.
This year, I have the opportunity to be a contestant in the
pageant on Saturday, January 24th, 2015 and hope to win one
of the top crowns available for my age division.
As part of my par%cipa%on in this pageant, I need to
secure sponsors that would like to help support our school by sponsoring me. All of the money donated goes
to support programs by the PTSA at Grayson High School.
Any amount will be GREATLY appreciated, but the best deal for sponsors are listed below. These individuals
and businesses will be listed in the program book and on the website as a sponsor.

Who are the Miss Grayson Sweetheart Title Holders?
All contestants have the opportunity to help raise financial support beyond pageant entry fees for
Grayson High School PTSA through Program Book Ad sales and or donations from businesses, family,
and friends. There are three levels of awards for contestants who help raise funds.
These Awards CAN be awarded in conjunction with Miss Grayson or Miss Greater Grayson titles.
Judges will NOT be made award of contestants vying for Sweetheart titles.
Miss Grayon Sweetheart Queen - The contestant who raises the most financial support through business,
family, and friends for all age/grade levels. Her prize package will include, but not limited to…

Ads
We encourage each contestant to sell Good Luck Ads. Businesses, parents, grandparents, and
friends can show their support for their contestant by purchasing a Good Luck ad. The ads will be
featured in our 2015 Miss Grayson Pageant Program Book. The ads will be sold as follows:
¼ page - $25.00
½ page - $50.00
¾ page - $75.00
1 full page - $100.00

• Type “Good Luck Ad” in the subject line of email
• Include your ad as an attachment in the format you wish for it to be displayed in program book

˜ If mailing ad and check through mail, send to same address as Miss Grayson registration.
˜ Ads received without payment will NOT be printed

People’s Choice
Award
ALL Age Divisions Will have a People’s Choice Winner
The People's Choice Award is a chance for audience members to "vote" for their favorite contestant
by casting $1.00 per vote before the pageant and during intermission at the People's Choice Table.
During the Awards Ceremony we announce the "People's Choice" for that specific age division and
honor her with a BEAUTIFUL Miss America Rhinestone Scepter!
The People's Choice winner is the ONLY award that gives the Miss America Rhinestone Scepter!
We ask each contestant to decorate her own People's Choice Bag! We will provide you with the Gift
Bag at the time of registration. Decorate your bag to represent you. You can use photos, 3-D display,
fur, rhinestones, words, etc. to express who you are! There is no right or wrong way to decorate.
You are campaigning for the audience’s vote so be creative and have FUN!!
Be sure your name is on the bag where people can easily read it and for your supporters to cast
their vote. Also please leave a way for the judges to open the bag without destroying it. For
example, when you decorate your bag, leave the top open.
Contestants will turn in their People's Choice Bag the night of their final stage rehearsal.
Please be sure to pick up your bag at the end of the pageant. We will not be responsible for
any bags left at the school after the pageants. Any leftover bags will be discarded after the
pageant.
