All rented vehicles are subject to EUROCAR Rentals Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement.
RATES
Rates include rental fee, insurances, maintenance (+20% VAT), but exclude fuel. The mileage is
limited, 300 km/day to 4000 km/month, depending on the extension of the rental period. An
additional charge will be applied, equal to 1% of the daily rental fee, for every extra driven kilometer.
Rentals with larger mileage limit must be negotiated in advance.
RENTAL CHARGE
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Rentals are charged in periods of 24 hours from the date and
time of pickup. Additional charges will be applied in case of late return (drop off) of the car:
- 1/3 of the daily rental fee for each hour of delay
- full daily rental fee for more than 4 hours of delay
- triple of the daily rental fee for one day of delay
EXTENSION OF RENTAL
Extension of rentals beyond the original date must be authorized by EUROCAR. If an extension is
required, EUROCAR Rentals team must be contacted during office hours (weekdays from 08:00 21:00) by telephone or e-mail. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in driving the vehicle
without CASCO Insurance cover and without lawful permission.
