Remembrance Day Acrostic Poems from 5/6W
Racing towards the
Enemy ground, every
Minute counts as
Everyone follows you into
Madness. The guns are
Beginning to fire.
Embark and hopefully
Remember those who
died.
Remember those who fought
Enemy troops will fall
Men will die this day, but not be
forgotten
Every man’s terror
Message your loved ones
Bullets fly in the air
Every minute is despair
Retreat back to home
Ross Spalding
Raising from the trenches
Enemies shooting the guns
every second
Meeting the enemies at war
Everyone was dying
Mums and Dads crying
Be strong and be a man
Everyone remembers their
friends
Remember, lest we forget
Logan Debomford
Hamish Hammond
Remember the lives of soldiers
Enemies, what enemies
Mates who died for nothing
Everyone was sorry
Men who lost their friends
Bullets hit people
Empty inside
Remember the day

Remember the soldiers Every soldier
Men died every day
Everyone fought
Eating bread and water everyday
Men passed away
Men were saving our lives
Everyone remembers
Being special because they fought

Each man that went to war we will
Even family remembers
