and we could fill books regaling one after another. It was in the year 1976, the idea that
had been birthed became a reality with a hand full of people that loved to have a Jolly
good time travelling together, and someone who loved staging the travel. If you are
doing the math, than the dots have connected and they spell out 40 years of Jolly good
times!
YEARS
What makes the Jolly Journey pretty remarkable is the fact that 40 years later, we are still
family, and we are still doing what we love in a small town, supported by a small town, but
doing awe-inspiring journey’s all over the world. We are pretty excited about some of the
first time ever journeys to be presented by Jolly Tours in recognition of this anniversary
and our commitment to continuously pioneer new itineraries and destination to suit
each valued client and group.

Norwegian’s “Breakaway” is one of the newest ships to the
NCL fleet commissioned in 2013. This spectacular vessel
boasts features such as “The Waterfront”, a quarter-mile
oceanfront promenade lined with restaurants, bars and
spectacular views. 29 dining experiences are available on
board including three new dedicated seafood venues by

Whether you have cruised Alaska before or
Alaska is a new destination for you this itinerary

Leaving home, we fly to Anchorage Alaska where
we will spend two nights. The City of Anchorage
is a very interesting and welcoming way to be
begin your relaxing Alaskan Vacation. You will
have a Trolley Tour of Anchorage during our visit, and ample
opportunity for those wishing to take an optional day trip
excursion to Prince William Sound for the 26 glaciers cruise.
When we leave Anchorage on day three, we head south to
the port of Seward travelling along the Seward highway.
This drive is a journey in its self. Spectacular scenery and

& camera! The next seven days will be spent viewing spectacular sunsets, massive glaciers

Kitchener Ontario is home to the oldest and largest
German community in Canada and has adopted their
traditions with this the 19th annual event.
With countless vendors, food choices, over 27 bands,
choirs and dance groups to entertain you, this festival

and dining at the Famous People Players theatre in Toronto and their Christmas show named

Not sure what to do for New Year’s Eve? Jolly Tours
has the solution! Join us for one of Ontario’s and
Canada’s biggest New Year’s Eve bashes….hosted
by ET Canada, the party in Niagara Falls is Canada’s
only Nationwide televised New Year’s Eve bash is one
not to be missed. The celebration gets underway at
Queen Victoria Park with live music and entertainment
throughout the evening. Queen Victoria Park is a
perfect standpoint for enjoying the panoramic view
of the fireworks-lit Canadian Horseshoe Falls right at
the stroke of midnight.
While in Niagara we will enjoy the laughs of Oh
Canada Eh? Dinner theatre as well a tour of the
Christmas Lights. On New Year’s Eve, our Motorcoach
will be providing transportation to and from various
venues and our hotel!
2015 Niagara new year’s party boasted some very big music
names, such as Keith Urban, Shawn Mendes, and Nick
Jonas. Stay tuned for this year’s artists to be announced late

OUR TRAVEL TOUR COMPANY specializes in personally guided tours of Canada, the United States and Overseas
destinations. Travel via deluxe air conditioned Motorcoach, with qualified coach drivers and total comfort.
TOUR DIRECTOR: All our tours provide the services of an experienced Tour Director where noted in the inclusions.
OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC: Most itineraries are available to travellers of all ages except very young
children.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL POLICY: For the comfort of everyone, smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages is not
permitted on the motorcoach. Smokers may take advantage of the frequent stops. With the majority of hotels and
properties now offering non-smoking facilities and accommodations, should you wish to have a smoking room, this
can be accepted as a request only and will be determined only by the availability, if any, of smoking rooms at the
subject property(s).
SEATING: Seats may not be reserved in the motorcoach; they are first come, first served. A rotation system is used
whereby you change seats at the discretion of your Tour Director on overnight and multiple day tours.
ITINERARIES: Prior to tour departing, you will be sent your tour package which will contain a detailed itinerary,
luggage tags, insurance particulars, where applicable, and a complete listing of hotels with phone numbers. This is
sent to each client prior to tour departure date, electronically or by mail.
DEPOSIT: Reservations will be confirmed when the deposit is received in the amount indicated on individual trip
descriptions. Tentative reservations will be held for ten days pending receipt of required deposit. Registrations can
still be accepted up to 48 hours prior to tour departing, provided the tour is not sold out, and provided we can secure
all components advertised.
TOUR PRICE: Canadian Dollar prices listed are per person based on single, double, triple & quad occupancy. All
taxes where applicable are included. Prices are based upon costs and conditions at the time of printing (August 2015)
and are subject to change. Please note: Jolly Tours may not be able to guarantee brochure rates after tour balance due
date on group tours that include air & or cruise. Also, prevailing rates for hotels and theatre or other tickets may apply
on some tours for last minute bookings.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
For your own safety and protection, we always recommend that you have adequate medical insurance when traveling
outside of Ontario. Jolly Tours has partnered with Manulife Insurance and would be pleased to advise you of the
options available to you.
CANCELLATION & TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE
Cancellation & Trip interruption insurance is included, noted on each itinerary. * Cancellation Insurance protects
your dollars paid should you need to cancel. The terms and conditions of this insurance are specifically outlined
in the insurance policy. You must advise our office within one day after the cause of cancellation occurs otherwise
reimbursement may be reduced by the Insurance Company. If you have a pre-existing condition, please inquire
about your insurance validity at the time of booking. In general, if you have a pre-existing medical condition, your
condition must have been stable prior to your registration date in order for the policy to cover in case of cancellation
due to this illness. Cancellation due to illness requires a written Doctors report.
If a client has booked and paid for a tour without cruise and air, and needs to cancel for reasons not otherwise covered
by the Insurance Policy, and is capable of replacing themselves, no charges will be made except for a minimum $25 +
tax administration fee to the person cancelling.

In the event of cancellation, transfer of monies from one person to another cannot be made due to regulations.
Therefore the person who has cancelled will receive from Jolly Tours a refund in the amount required, and the person
who is replacing, will need to pay for their tour in full.
If a person is traveling with a partner whether it is Double, Triple or Quad, and replacement is not found, the remaining
travelers will be charged for the change in occupancy. For example: Two people traveling together find that one needs
to cancel, then remaining partner will be charged the difference from double to single. In all instances, Jolly Tours
needs to be notified of the cancellation within 24 hours.
There will be a $25 + tax change fee levied to change room occupation on a deposited registration.
* Surcharge may apply on cancellation insurance premium in upper age categories.

List of Charges for motorcoach only tours of 7 days or less in Canada and United States:
Up to 60 days before departure - full refund, less a minimum $25 + tax administration fee per person.
59 days to departure day - 100% of tour price non-refundable
List of Charges for motorcoach only tours of 8 days or more in Canada and United States:
Up to 90 days before departure - full refund, less a minimum $25 + tax administration fee per person.
89 days to departure day - 100% of tour price non-refundable
List of Charges for tours which involve air flights and cruises:
Up to date of full payment, the charge is non-refundable deposit
From the time of full payment to departure day – 100% of tour price is non-refundable
Day Trips:
There is no Cancellation Insurance on Day Trips, however full refund less a $25 + tax administration fee outside of
72 hours (3 business days), will be issued on most day trips. Regrettably, cancellation within 72 hours (3 business
days) of a scheduled day trip is 100% non-refundable. The only exception to our day trip refund policy is when high
profile concerts or venues are included in the day trip. These day trips will be 100% non-refundable 21 days prior to
departure. Receipted day trips are non-transferrable.
TOURS IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER OPERATORS
Prices, terms, conditions, scheduling changes, deposits, refunds and all other matters advertised in conjunction with
other tour operators and cruise lines are subject to the terms and conditions as published by each operator and are
subject to changes / cancellations with notice.
Jolly Tours partners with and contracts with many third party suppliers who may provide travel services such as flights,
cruises, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, car rentals or other activities included in your tour. Jolly Tours makes every effort
to deal with only the most reputable suppliers, but Jolly Tours is not responsible for any acts and / or omissions by
any third-party suppliers, their employees, representatives or agents. Jolly Tours is not responsible for any schedule
changes, re-routing or changes related to any cruise itineraries, flight schedules, hotels, changes in itineraries, where
applicable.
Living standards and practices at destination as well as the standards and conditions with respect to the provision of
services and accommodations may differ from those found in Canada.
* Each end supplier and Jolly Tours Ltd. reserve the right to re-instate a fuel supplement or price change due to
currency fluctuation changes for all guests at any time.
