OUR GOLDEN RULES
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
ALL EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS & SUB CONTRACTORS MUST:
ISOLATE ALL ENERGY SOURCES when required and
never remove (without authorisation), damage or misuse
an isolation, lockout or tag-out device
Use appropriate prevention or fall arrest devices to WORK
AT HEIGHTS or where there is a RISK OF FALL
Enter a CONFINED SPACE or exclusion zone by
AUTHORISATION only
OPERATE EQUIPMENT and vehicles in a safe manner and
to conditions, with appropriate licenses and authorisation
Use TOOLING that is not prohibited, in good condition
and FIT FOR PURPOSE
Never work within the FALL ZONE of a suspended load
Properly dispose of HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES and
other waste
BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY at all times and stop inappropriate
behaviour or non-compliance to the Golden Rules.
Everyone has the authority
to stop work that is unsafe.

reaches the point of requiring overhaul or
replacement, purchasing new or used parts
are not your only options.
Komatsu offers six solutions, ensuring the flexibility you
need to choose the right solution for you.
1. NEW COMPONENTS
Komatsu genuine components are an ideal way to
maintain the reliability of any Komatsu machine. Genuine
Komatsu components are designed for ease of fitment, as
they have been manufactured to restore the functionality of
the machine to meet its original factory specification. With
our extensive branch network and parts inventory valued at
over $1.2 billion, we’ve got you covered!
Komatsu will also offer you a 10% credit if you return
a used component*, at the time you purchase a new
component.
(*used component must meet core return criteria A or B).
2. REMAN (REMANUFACTURING)
Reman is our premium remanufactured option that
offers customers the advantage of switching out their
component for one that has been remanufactured to meet
Komatsu factory specifications and quality. Komatsu
Reman means your machine will be running at its optimal
level in less time.

3. KOMPONENT EXCHANGE - SINGLE
Komponent Exchange allows you the change out a

quality product, while enjoying the added benefit of
a variable cost of repair based on the condition of your
returned component.

Low initial up-front cost
Variable cost of repair, based on condition of your
returned component
Final invoice - 2 weeks from receipt of component return
Major component warranty: 2yrs/10,000hrs

4. KOMPONENT EXCHANGE - FLEET
Komponent Exchange - Fleet option gives you the
opportunity to change out the same component across
your fleet, with the added benefits of optional flexibility.
This option offers:
Komatsu remanufactured quality component supplied
to commence cycle
Ability to choose between customising your
own scope of work or leveraging Komatsu
quality standards

12 months warranty on new parts and labour supplied
