Real Color
- Graphtec proprietary color matching technology that the reflected light from the document is
more strictly converted to data enables for producing images with high levels of color reproduction
and uniformity.
- The Adobe® RGB compatible color space is added in the image processing, it has the ability to
express the color of the document that can not be reproduced within the sRGB color space.
- The RGB color shifts in low resolution (200 to 300 dpi) is reduced by increasing the scanning
frequency.

POINT
· Overall color is not good in Contex. It is required the adjustment in an onerous way for matching the color.
· In the CSX series, the color can be matched by simple calibration.

· In the Contex, seam of the sensor is large. it appears in the center of image which is a noticeable area.
· In the Graphtec, seam of the sensor is not a noticeable. It does not need time to adjust.

Enhance image quality in low-resolution scan
Improving the color quality in low-resolution scan. The color shift that occurs when the image is
scanned in low-resolution as the 200/300 dpi is reduced.
The rainbal color appears on the fine
black line when document is scanned
in the low-resolution as 200/300 dpi.
It is shown in right picture.
In the low-resolution region, the
document will be scanned in higher
resolution and then the data is
created by applying the resolution
conversion. The color shift in RGB
will be reduced.
The increasing speed of reading data
from sensors and the processing of

decrease in scanning speed.

In the current gray scan mode, the single light source (Green) is used when the
document is scanned in the grayscale.
In the New gray scan mode, three (R/G/B) light source are used for scanning. The color
of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow can be recognized.

specified to nuify the differences in color reproduction between devices.

Scanning ART2 for Win
In the Scanning ARTS2 for WIN software, it can easily build the large format copy system by
combine the existing large-format printers and Graphtec scanners. Also, it can easily be
configured the settings such as color or monochrome, document type, document size, print
size, number of copies. This large size copying system can be used very conveniently just like a
photocopying machine.
Three major features of application such as the “COPY", “SCAN" “PRINT" can be
selected in the initial screen. The menu screen is displayed for each function.
Intuitive operation is possible by being a consistent menu screen and operation
instructions.
The Color Management (color matching) depends on the color profile for the printer
that is provided by manufacturer.
