Purge Control Unit:
An Automatic nitrogen-purge control unit is capable of measuring and
displaying humidifies in the range: 5-100%RH, Accurately Controls Pre-Set
Relative Humidity (+/- 2% RH) and Reduces Nitrogen Consumption to
75%+ In Most Applications. It includes:
Digital Humidity monitor to display and set the humidity level.
Dual Scale 0-30 PSI Gauge indicating regulated input pressure
0.5 - 30 PSI Panel-Mount Pressure Regulator for control of input
nitrogen pressure
0-20 SCFH Flow-meter allows control of output nitrogen flow
External Humidity Sensor accurately measures relative humidity (+/2%RH) and
easy to connect to the Purge control unit
Two In/Out Push-to-connect nitrogen ports for 1/4" tubing
Gas Distribution:
Desiccator S-1500 are designed for in line nitrogen or clean dry air source to
guarantee enough gas pressures and sufficient gas volume for continued
humidity control operation of the cabinet.
Compartment flow-thru design which provides a single pressure
condition throughout the cabinet.

Cleatech’s Drawer/ Tote Box Storage Desiccator Cabinets provide optimal
organization in a low humidity particle-free nitrogen environment.
Designed for optimal storage.
Each chamber accommodates 6 Clear Polypropylene molded drawer with
inside dimension of 10 1/4" W, 13 1/4" D and 3 1/16" H. Available in Clear
Acrylic and Amber Acrylic construction.

Cleatech’s Wafer Storage Desiccator Cabinet provides storage of up to 12" silicon
wafer carriers in a particle-free nitrogen environment. Designed for optimal storage
density of 200mm or 300mm wafers.
Choose the optional Automatic nitrogen-purge control unit and humidity sensor
which are capable of measuring and displaying humidities in the range 5-100%RH,
Accurately Controls Pre-Set Relative Humidity (+/- 2% RH) and Reduces Nitrogen
