With state-of-the-art digital screens, various bar areas and private event spaces, we are happy to coordinate a tailor-made event that
caters to your specific needs. Anything from birthday parties to business conferences, drinks receptions to private screenings, our
dedicated events team can provide everything you need to plan an excellent night at Everyman.

Monday evening. The fee for these
bookings is £800 and the booking
must be made at least two months in

Private Hire rates are correct as of June 2013
Venue
Private Hire rates differ depending
on the day and time of the booking;
weekends are the most expensive
time, followed by weekday evenings.
At these times, our hire rates
consist of the base hire for the
venue, plus a minimum spend in the
bar on food and beverage items.
Bookings are for 2.5 hour sessions.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
1. Bookings are subject to availability and may
require distributor approval.
2. Bank holidays are charged at peak times.
3. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
4. External catering may incur a corkage fee.
5. Bookings that run over two different time
sessions may incur additional charges.
6. Bookings that finish after midnight may incur
additional costs.
7. If you are booking a 3D screening, a premium
of £200 will be required.
8. Specific films requested that are not currently
showing at the venue may incur a fee in
addition to the private hire fee.
9. Operating hours may change during
school holidays.
10. Cancellation charges may apply.

iconic cinemas. It offers three floors of private hire spaces including screening rooms,
bars and private gallery and event spaces.
THE UPPER LOUNGE
This versatile private events space accommodates 15 people
featuring flexible seating arrangement of armchairs and
tables. Ideal for business meetings, birthday parties, gaming
events or event to watch the game with a group of friends.
