SMARTSORT
Your tomatoes, citrus and stone fruits are in safe
hands with the SmartSort. Despite high capacity the
SmartSort guarantees an excellent sorting result. The
SmartSort ensures that fruits are placed from the
singulator into the cups by ‘hands’. The optional
weighing unit weighs each fruit separately.

MSE
A success story for years: the MSE. The ideal sorting machine for
fruits with a awkward shape, such as paprika’s and pears. The MSE
CXL is available for large fruits such as melons, avocados and
mangos and for large potato crops. The patented Greefa flap
ensures that fruits are carefully put from cups before being placed
on the conveyor belt. The recently introduced MSE upgrade ensures
an even higher sorting speed.

We at Olympic Fruit devised a new operating concept that
required specific equipment. After a lengthy search, we
selected Greefa as our partner. We were very impressed
with their technical ability, and we were confident they
could produce the specialized equipment we needed.
Fortunately, they exceeded our expectations. Not only
does their equipment enable us to implement the new
operating model, it also does so in a very gentle manner.
In addition, the Greefa iFA technology allows us to nondestructively detect internal browning. Prior to this
technology, if a grower suffered this defect in excess of
state standards it could not be marketed and he suffered
a loss. Utilizing the iFA technology, we can save the
grower crop by removing the internal browning thus
conforming to state standards and deliver an outstanding
product. At present we are the only company in US that
can successfully do this.
Greefa was also challenged by us to create a Gentle Bin
Filler. They created the “Olympic” filler which again

A QUESTION OF SERVICE
Our machines sort fruits. The modules ensure that
sorting is carried out even more precisely and according
to your own specifications and requirements. However,
a number of associated processes are also involved.
Products need to be input and transported. Crops
weighed and packaged. Et cetera. To address this Greefa
has developed a wide range of peripheral equipment.
DUMPERS
For product input you can choose from a range of
conveyor belts and water channels. We have recently
developed a series of intelligent dumpers, which vary
from basic to highly advanced, from manual to fully
automatically rotating.

GENTLE BIN FILLER
Products also need to be transported. To address this
Greefa has developed water channels, packaging sets
and an underwater filler. The Gentle Bin Filler
selection has also recently been extended. This bin
filler is supplied with a single or double head option
and is fully automatic. The Gentle Bin Filler is a huge
worldwide success and we are proud of it!
