The Heritage Tri-toon is the ultimate luxury cruiser. It delivers superior
performance and handling. Our exclusive design creates additional lift to fuse
efficiency with speed. The M-brackets have full length side extrusions and a
curved “water tamer” on the bottom. This creates efficient water movement
and the best performance in the industry.

In addition, the following warranties against defects in and workmanship and material also apply:
• Aluminum:
All welds, fences, supports, tubes and motor wells have a limited lifetime warranty to the
original owner.
• Carpet: All carpet has a 5-year limited warranty.
• Furniture: All furniture has a 5-year limited warranty.
• Decking: The decking has a limited lifetime warranty.
• Furniture bases: All bases have a 5-year limited warranty.

• Covers and bimini: Sunbrella has 5-year warranty. All other fabric materials have a 3-year warranty.
• Limited warranties that are offered and covered by product suppliers are subject to the terms and
conditions of the suppliers.
The original owner may transfer the warranty within ten years of the original purchase. The new owner must
register with Marathon Boat Group within 30 days of purchasing the pontoon boat. This gives the new owner
the remainder of the original owner’s warranties, except for the lifetime warranty which becomes a limited
10-year warranty. See your dealer for complete warranty information.
