Terms & Conditions
1.
This promotion is effective July 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
2.
To qualify, ship and fund must be issued by September 30, 2015 AND EQUIPMENT
MUST BE INSTALLED AND TRANSACTION FUNDED BY DECEMBER 31, 2015.
3.
Customer must lease through Konica Minolta Premier Finance (KMPF) to qualify and
use KMPF documentation.
4.
NEW EQUIPMENT AND THIRD-PARTY APPROVED EQUIPMENT ONLY –
Demo/Closeout/Refurbished/Used Equipment does NOT qualify.
5.
KMPF Q2 2015 Special Finance for qualifying Production Monochrome & Color,
Office Monochrome & Color, Wide Format and A4 Printers CANNOT be combined with
Customer Rewards Program.
15. Eligible Third-Party vendors include Duplo, IntoPrint, TecLighting, General Binding and
Spiral Binding.
16. Solutions and software must use published software rates.
17. All pricing for the entire equipment order for Production Print (Color and
Monochrome), Office (Color and Monochrome) and A4 MFP Printers must be sold
at Branch floor or higher. EQUIPMENT PRICED AT BID DESK LEVELS OR WITH AN
EQUIPMENT PRICE EXCEPTION (PE) WILL NOT QUALIFY for financing promotions
unless otherwise stated.
18. Subsidized interest rates applied to qualifying items for promotional financing are
limited to 125% of MSRP, or the percent allowed by the leasing partner prior to
requiring a blended rate. This applies to FMV Option only. The $1.00 out portion of a
blended rate transaction is not eligible for subsidized rate.
6.
Orders cannot be credited and re-billed to use this promotion.
7.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions is not responsible for delays in shipments
or invoicing.

Government Accounts, Corporate Accounts, Major Accounts, Master Agreement

Customer Cash Rebate/All Covered Voucher Process

FREE Controller Offer Process
1.
Orders for the qualifying production machines should be created without listing the
free controller as a line item in the normal manner, generally via Sales Document
Generator, and submitted to Branch Administration for processing. If the customer
requires written confirmation of the free controller offer, that can be notated in the
Comments section of the Universal Order Agreement.
2.
A dministration will create a separate zero selling price SAP order for the free
controller, as qualified, and submit the promotion form, annotated with the
SAP order number to Direct Channel Marketing at [email protected]
no later than October 1, 2015.
12. Double Up Promotion cannot be combined with Customer Reward Promotion.
13. Double Up Promotion Claim Forms must be completed in full in order to be
processed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
14. Alterations to existing verbiage will render the claim Form null and void.
15. Konica Minolta reserves the right to make null and void any rebate or offer that is

For a limited time only, Konica Minolta is offering the following promotion
for all Minuteman Press locations in the US network. Valid for machines
delivered from July 1 through September 30, 2015.
Program Details
1.Minuteman Press store may order two C1070 machines for $1290.39 per month
on a 60 month FMV lease and receive a $6,000 Cash Rebate.
2.Minimum configurations apply but KM branches can add to the configurations
using Minuteman Press contract prices (no Price Exceptions (PE)). To find pricing,

As a first step to introduce your customer to All Covered IT Services and the
Customer Rewards Program, we have developed an All Covered Customer
Reward Video now available on MKM in the Direct Channel Marketing Tab
under Promotions. Be sure to share this video with your customers when you
meet with them to review the program.
Free All Covered IT Services To provide the customer reward, complete the
attached All Covered IT Services Customer Reward Form and submit the form
to [email protected]. A notification will be sent to
you and your respective ITSC upon receipt, so you can begin assessment with
your customer on their IT service requirements. At time of funding, a voucher
will be emailed directly to your customer, you and the All Covered ITSC will be
copied on the voucher notification.

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is effective July 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
All Covered IT Services Customer Reward Voucher Process

To qualify, ship and fund must be issued by September 30, 2015 AND EQUIPMENT
MUST BE INSTALLED AND TRANSACTION FUNDED BY DECEMBER 31, 2015.

Standard Konica Minolta Premier Finance (KMPF) rates (FMV / $1 out and software
rates) must be used to qualify for this promotion.
To ensure customer receives the voucher, the All Covered Customer Reward
Voucher claim form must be completed and submitted for each lease of new
equipment (machines and accessories) achieving qualifying purchase level
through KMPF.

Sales of eligible Konica Minolta Business Solutions NEW hardware (machine and
accessories) in total sales order qualify.

Total order MUST be at Branch Floor pricing or above to qualify.

Upgrades, solutions, professional services, buy-outs, demo units, delivery,
installation, and shipping costs, DO NOT qualify towards purchase level.
The All Covered Customer Reward Form must be sent to customer.rewards@
kmbs.konicaminolta.us. Konica Minolta Business Solutions will send a confirmation
email to Sales Rep and respective ITSC upon receipt of All Covered Customer
Reward Voucher Form that Customer Reward Form has been received, so a
conversation should begin with customer regarding their IT service requirement.

The KMPF Customer Reward Promotion CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH the Q2
Production Print, Office Systems and Printer Special Finance Promotion, or Double
Up Promotion.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions will issue and email the All Covered IT Services
Customer Reward Voucher to the customer and the Sales Rep and ITSC will be
cc’d at time of funding.

Must use KMPF documents with the exception of Third-Party Financing
(Non-KMPF) of software is eligible.
The All Covered IT Services Customer Reward Voucher is valid to the stated dollar
amount and must be used within 90 days of issuance.

Only one reward promotion is available per customer lease including leases with
multiple ship to locations.
No credit will be issued if customer does not utilize the total dollar amount of the
All Covered IT Services Reward Voucher. If customer purchase exceeds more than
the dollar amount on the All Covered IT Customer Reward Voucher, the customer is
responsible for the difference.

There will be no commission paid on All Covered IT Services Reward Voucher.
7.
All Covered IT Services are available to customers in the 28 All Covered IT
Services areas. Locations not within an All Covered servicing area can utilize the
voucher for hardware, software and cloud services.
8.
All Covered Customer Rewards Voucher redemption can be used in full for All
Covered IT Services, and/or Konica Minolta branded or Promethean Procurement.
Only 50% of voucher dollar value can be used on non-Konica Minolta branded
procurement. All procurement items must be normally available through All
Covered’s current Distribution Partner, no exceptions. ALL Apple products are
excluded. All products must be purchased at MSRP.
10. Orders cannot be credited and re-billed to use this promotion.
11. A minimum purchase level of $25,000 must be met in order to qualify for a
Customer All Covered IT Service Reward Voucher.
12. All Covered IT Services from Konica Minolta Business Solutions Customer Reward
Voucher will be issued in increments of $5,000, $7,500, or $10,000 based on
purchase level outlined in the promotion.
13. Konica Minolta Business Solutions is not responsible for delays in shipments or
invoicing.
14. Government Accounts, Corporate Accounts, Major Accounts, Master Agreement
Accounts and AEPA Contract Pricing are NOT eligible with the exception of
Franchise Print Accounts.
15. Konica Minolta Business Solutions management reserves the right to alter or
cancel this promotion at any time and without notice.

Trade-In Program Rules

S ales Representative completes the Customer Information and
Trade-In Product information section of the Competitive Unit
Trade-In Program form and emails it to:
[email protected].
Completed Trade-In form, along with photo of Competitive
Trade-In Unit will be submitted to the Reseller.
Reseller will provide a quote for the Trade-In within 24 hours.
Quote is valid for 45 days.
Trade-In quote provided by the Reseller will be submitted back to
the Sales Representative.
Sales Representative will submit the Trade-In quote to the Customer.
Once Customer accepts the Trade-In quote, the Competitive Unit
Trade-In Form must be signed by the Customer and submitted to:

The Reseller will be notified of Customer acceptance and proceed with
the steps below.
Trade-In Process (Reseller)
1. O
nce the Trade-In quote is accepted by the Customer, the Reseller
will contact the Customer and require the following:
• An Invoice from the Customer addressed to the Reseller.
• A letter of clear title for the trade-in equipment on
Customers’ company letterhead.
2. The Customer and the Reseller will arrange for the removal
of the competitive trade-in unit.
3. The Reseller will send a Purchase Order to the customer.
4. The Reseller will coordinate the deinstallation and removal
of the competitive trade-in unit with the Customer.
5. The Reseller will schedule the deinstallation and packing
of the competitive trade-in unit with the Customers’ consent.
6. Once the competitive unit is removed from the Customers’
premises, the Reseller will issue payment to the Customer.
A ll competitive equipment to be traded must be pre-approved by
Konica Minolta Business Solutions and the Reseller to
ensure CLEAR TITLE.
2. This program can be combined with any other promotion.
3. The Customer must own the trade-in unit and it must be on a
Manufacturers’ or Authorized service contract for a minimum
of six (6) months prior to trade-in. All units must be complete
and functional at the time of deinstallation.
4. Konica Minolta Business Solutions is not responsible for any liens
on trade-in equipment.
5. The cost to deinstall, pack and remove the competitive unit trade-in
from the Customers’ location to the Resellers’ facility will be the
Resellers’ responsibility.
6. If special handling for the trade-in product is required, the Reseller
will deduct this cost from the quoted trade-in price.
7. Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this program and
submission of fraudulent information will result in disqualification.
8. Konica Minolta Business Solutions reserves the right to contact the
Customer in order to verify all trade-in information.
9. All Konica Minolta Business Solutions decisions in regards to the
approval or denial of a claim are FINAL.
10. Konica Minolta Business Solutions management reserves the right
to alter or cancel this program at any time and without notice.
