On July 7, 2012, Barbara J. Lundberg was appointed as a President of the Board of
TELE-FONIKA Kable Sp. z o.o.
Ms Lundberg, a US citizen, was born in Oslo, Norway. After graduating Jackson College/Tufts
University with a BA in Political Science, Ms Lundberg attended The Wharton School, University of
Pennsylvania receiving an MBA degree in Finance. Ms Lundberg began her professional career in
1975 working for an audit firm, Ernst & Young, in the US, and until 1990, she served in senior
management positions in financial and investment institutions in the United States. Since 1990, she
has lived and worked in Poland serving on numerous high ranked positions such as Executive Vice
President and General Director at Enterprise Investors private equity Fund/Polish American
Enterprise Fund (1990 - 1999) and a CEO of Elektrim SA (1999 - 2001). Mrs. Lundberg was awarded
the Officer’s Cross of the order of Merit of the Republic of Poland by the President of Poland for her
exceptional contribution to the development of the Polish economy.
Mrs. Lundberg has one daughter, Erika Oley and a few months old granddaughter, Mila. In her spare
time Ms Lundberg enjoys traveling, especially swimming in the Sea.
