tenant are between 25 and 35 m², the doubles offer you over 40 m² and in the large 2-bedroom
flats you have between 70 and 100 m² at your disposal!
Every flat has its own living area, so you will never have to sit on the bed to watch TV. (unless
you want to!)

Unlimited Freedom & Privacy ...
Each flat has its own kitchen with a standard refrigerator, cooking plates, a microwave and all
other kitchen equipment. You can easily cook your own meals when you don't want to have
diner in a restaurant. Like most apartment complexes you can enter our buildings without having
to go by the reception desk. Nobody will know when you enter or when you leave, so your
privacy is ensured
Our maintenance crew only enters the rooms on request.
Everything you need and more ...
All the standard home utensils and appliances you can possibly imagine are available in the flat:
pots and pans, forks and knives, a coffee maker, a clock radio, a microwave, bed linen, a TV, a
stereo, lamps, carpets, paintings, all kinds of decoration - it will be your home away from home.
Everything is available for your immediate use and you will be able to receive guests in a
comfortable way. The flats have regular home-like furniture witch can be moved by the tenants.
You can arrange and decorate your flat as you like, designing your ‘home away from home’,
according to your own tastes and needs.

We also offer breakfast baskets at very competitive prices. The baskets are delivered the night
before your arrival and also include some snacks which you can dig into right away!
We also recommend the basket of Belgium goodies and the basket of Belgian beers. Belgian
chocolate or the world-famous Belgian beers are always appreciated by guests or can be a
delectable souvenir for the people who stayed home.

Student Room
On the fifth floor of our residence City Apartments, we offer 4 cosy
student room, equipped with bed, desk, wardrobe, fridge, microwave, TV with cable connection and internet connection. These 4
rooms share a common bath room with bath and sink, as well as a
fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet on the same floor.
One Bedroom Apartment
The 'one bedroom apartments' have a size of approximately 70
square metres. These apartment have a capacity of maximum 2
persons. They provide a separate bedroom with 1 double bed or 2
single beds, a cosy living area with sofa, closet, desk, a large dining table and a spacious kitchen. You will also find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet in the apartment.
The apartments provide everything you might need during your
stay. In the living area you will find a TV with cable connection and
internet. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 cooking plates, a micro
-wave, a spacious fridge and all cooking tools such as plates,
knives and forks, glasses, a toaster and a water boiler. Everything
has been provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A
hair dryer, a scale, an iron and ironing board and a clock radio, you
will find it in our apartments!
Hotelservice (bed linen and bath towels) are, except if you have
been informed otherwise, always included in the renting price.
Two Bedroom Apartment
The 'two bedroom apartments' are much more spacious and have a
size between 70 and 100 square metres. The contain 1 separate
bedroom with double bed and 1 smaller bedroom with 2 single
beds, a very cosy living area with sofa, closet, desk and a large dining table. The fully equipped separate kitchen provides you with all
comfort. You will also find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
This apartment has a capacity of maximum 4 persons. You will have
the option to stay in these apartment, at an extra charge, with a fifth
person. Just like in the other apartments, you will find all comfort here.
Hotelservice (bed linen and a set of bath towels) are, except if you
have been informed otherwise, always included in the renting price.

How to get there
From the airport
City Apartments Leuven is about 30 minutes away from the Airport (Brussels International Zaventem). You can take a taxi at the airport, or you can take the train towards Leuven. The
airport railway station is located below the terminal (basement level -1). Up to 2 trains an hour
connect the airport with Leuven Central Station.
By public transport
City Apartments Leuven is 2 km away from the station of Leuven. Several bus lines connect the
station with Lei (all buses in the direction of Gasthuisberg).
Met de wagen
From Brussels/Liège (E40):
Follow the motorway E40 towards the junction with the motorway E314 close to Leuven. Follow
the direction of Genk/Hasselt/Leuven. Take exit 18 (Leuven/Mechelen/Herent) and turn right at
the N26 in the direction of Leuven-Centrum. At the traffic lights at the ring way around Leuven
(R23) go straight ahead (Donkerstraat). Continue along the Brouwersstraat at the crossing with
the Riddersstraat. Go right at the end of this street (Lei), City Apartments is the second building in
this street.
From Hasselt (E314):
