TWO PREGAME PICNIC AREAS offer their own unique atmosphere
and packages designed to fit any event and any budget. Both areas are available for
groups of 25 to 750 with special accommodations for groups of up to 2,000,
and game ticket discounts are available according to group size. Each group gets a
special scoreboard salute and the group leader receives a voucher valid for four
free tickets to a future game.
v COORS OUTFIELD is $27 per person (plus cost of a game ticket) and offers a
picnic grill menu including fried chicken, hot dogs, bratwurst, hamburgers, salad, potato
chips, fruit, dessert and unlimited fountain soda (alcohol extra).
v PLATTE RIVER RENDEZVOUS is $19 per person (plus cost of a game ticket) and offers a ballpark buffet
including hot dogs, bratwurst, salad, potato chips, dessert and unlimited fountain soda (alcohol extra).
v KIDS BIRTHDAY PICNICS are available on select Sunday home games for groups of 10 or more, based on availability.
The menu price is $17 per person and includes hot dogs, chicken fingers, mac & cheese, popcorn, unlimited soda and a birthday
cake. A special visit by Dinger and other Rockies goodies are also included. A special game ticket price of $3 for a Pavilion seat
is available for kids 12 and under on select Sunday home games...making the cost just $20 per child for the whole package.
v Other entertainment options are available for groups of 12 to 2,000 people, and information can be found in the
SUITES & PARTY AREAS section of this brochure, on pages 3-6.
Group Payment Policy: A $10 handling fee will be applied to all group ticket orders. A 25% deposit is required to reserve tickets. Full
payment must be made 30 days prior to your game date, and full payment is required prior to the shipping of tickets. Group tickets for
Opening Day and Fireworks games must be paid in full at time of reservation. Rockpile tickets must be paid in full at time of reservation.
Group Ticket Return Policy: You must purchase/keep at least 25 tickets. You may return up to 25% of any purchased group tickets.
Tickets must be returned to our office BY MAIL (2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205-2008) at least 10 days prior to the game
date. No returns on Rockpile or Loft tickets.
Unused Group Ticket Days: Unused group tickets may be exchanged for the following regular season games: June 3-5, July 7-9, August
14, August 19 & 20, September 1-3, September 5-7, September 15-17, September 18 and September 20. All tickets must be exchanged
through the Group Sales Department BY MAIL (2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205-2008) no later than 3 days prior to the
desired game date. Unused Group tickets may not be exchanged at the ticket windows. A $1 per ticket service charge will apply. Rockpile
tickets are eligible for unused group ticket days.
