Dulce de Leche Stuffed Croissant
Buy premade croissant dough or make your favorite recipe from scratch

Heat oven to 350°F
Prepare your croissant dough as usual
Use a nonstick baking sheet
Roll the dough to a 12 inch circle to a ¼ of an inch thickness
Cut the circle to even wedges at least 10 or up to 15 wedges
Spoon 2 tablespoons of Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D
on the wider end of the wedge and spread
Start with the wider end of the wedge and roll up each wedge
Close the ends so the Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D remains inside the croissant
Place croissants on nonstick baking sheet
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until croissant is golden brown
Let croissants cool for a couple of minutes and serve
Dulce de Leche Brownie Sundaes
Buy brownie mix or make your favorite recipe from scratch

Prepare your brownie mix as usual and place it in a baking pan
Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D may be warmed in the microwave at
50% power for a couple of seconds making sure to not let it over boil just
until softened
Drop spoonfuls of Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D onto the brownie
batter in the baking pan
Gently integrate 8 ounces of Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D to the
brownie mix with a narrow stirring stick or skewer
Bake brownie as usual, or until the center is almost set
Let the brownies cool in the baking pan for 20 minutes
Transfer onto a cooling rack so the brownies can cool completely
Cut brownies and serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream and drizzle

Make your favorite cheesecake recipe

Prepare your cheesecake batter and crust as usual
Pour cheesecake batter into crust
Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D may be warmed in the microwave at 50%
power for a couple of seconds making sure to not let it over boil just until softened
Drop spoonfuls of Dulce de Leche Repostero D onto the cheesecake batter in the crust
Gently integrate 15 ounces of Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D to the cheesecake
batter with a narrow stirring stick or skewer
Bake as the cheesecake recipe indicates
Once cheesecake has cooled you may drizzle Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Topping
*If your cheesecake recipe does not call for baking you may use Dulce de Leche Santa Fe
Arequipe or you may prepare the cheesecake mixture using our Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Heladero.
Twists:
This recipe can also be made with our guava, just modify all steps that say Dulce de
Leche Santa Fe Arequipe to Santa Fe Guava or make a plain cheesecake and add a layer to
the top once it has cooled of Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero S or Santa Fe Guava.

Make your favorite crepe recipe

Prepare your crepes as usual
Place 4 tablespoons of Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Arequipe 1 inch away from the
border of the crepe and roll to the other end
Drizzle with Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Topping
Twists: You can serve it with ice cream on top
Dulce de Leche Apple Pie
To your favorite Apple Pie recipe at the step where you would regularly toss the
apples and the dry ingredients, add ½ cup Dulce de Leche Santa Fe Repostero D
and continue your recipe as usual but bake it at 350°F for no more than 20 minutes.
