This tutorial uses version 4.0, settings will be similar on
older/newer versions.
Step 1: Open your App Drawer
Select “Settings”
Select “Accounts and Sync”
Select Add Account
Select “Corporate”
Account Setup

Enter in your E-mail
Address and Password
•
Tap “Manual Setup”
Sync Settings…
•
•
Enter in your Username as
shown to the left, with
“KCTCSACC\” before it
Enter webmail.kctcs.edu
for the server.

Check “Use Secure
Connection”
•
Scroll down and hit “Next”

Hit OK if you receive the
“Remote Security
Administration” popup.
If you don’t receive it,
proceed to next slide.

Check the settings, if
you’re satisfied with them,
tap next.

If you get the “Activate
Device Administrator”, Tap
Activate.
•
This allows you to remotely
wipe your e-mails from the
phone in case your phone
is lost or stolen.

Give the account a name
that helps you recognize it,
and then hit next. Your email will begin syncing.
