SPORTS Veteran North Hills area Coach Dave Gray formed CDG Sports to apply his belief that there is more to youth sports than simply winning games. Instead, it’s about learning life lessons including good sportsmanship, self-confidence, teamwork and having fun in a safe and nurturing environment. Gray packaged his philosophy into CDG Sports programs, which offer a series of age-grouped team sports experiences including basketball, flag football, running and outdoor fitness. CDG SPORTS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FLAG FOOTBALL CDG Sports Flag Football is an excellent way to learn the fundamental skills of football without the physical contact.
