THERE’S SO MUCH MORE TO SEA.
FOUNDER...
Victor is originally from Brooklyn,
NY where he attended Brooklyn
Technical High School. It was there
that he learned not only academics,
but also hands on craftsmanship. He
attended Brooklyn College with twin
majors in Physics and Economics. He
later founded American Technical
Ceramics (ATC) in 1964 with an initial
investment of $100. He grew ATC
into a 100 million dollar company that
produced micro-miniature microwave
components and circuits for space
probes, satellites, 3G infrastructure,
missiles, and medical applications.
These components outperformed
the competition in function, efficiency
and reliability.
When he sold ATC in 2007 he began
to cruise extensively in the Atlantic,
Pacific and Mediterranean waters on
both large motor yachts and sailboats.
He also owned several deep-v, tunnel
hulls and performance catamarans;
as well as building several hulls to
meet his specific requirements and to
satisfy his “need for speed!”
Having a passion for speed since
the age of 15, when he built his first
racing boat, he wanted to blend the
performance of an offshore racing
hull with the functionality of an
open deck design. With these two
aspects of boating in mind, he set
out to create a comfortable, rugged,

efficient, go-fast center console
catamaran that would be at home
both inshore and offshore. Victor also
enjoys diving in the Bahamas and
taking people fishing and exploring
which requires the boat to have
unprecedented efficiency and range.
With all of these aspects in mind, the
Insetta 45 was born!
Victor now lives in Jacksonville,
Florida and enjoys cruising on his
