Blues Dining Room. Catering office hours are 8 am-5 pm MondayThursday and 8 am-3 pm Friday. Any orders for weekend pickup
must be placed during Monday-Friday regular business hours.

To order, please fill out the order form found on the Brookdale
website under Online Club forms in the Student Life and Activities
Page. Once the form has been approved and signed by a student
life coordinator, it may be delivered in person or via email atleast
48 hours prior to delivery. Any orders placed within 48 hours of
delivery must be ordered via phone. Please note that catering
orders do not include utensils or paperware unless requested.
When placing an order, please be sure to include all pertinent
information, including:
•contact information for the individual responsible for the order
(full name, phone and email)
•student organization
•function day, date and time of order pick up
•form of payment
continental breakfasts • sandwich luncheons • entrée buffets
afternoon snacks • special functions • special event catering
All orders will be confirmed via email. If you do not receive a
confirmation email, please contact the Catering Department.
Picking Up Your Order
All Student Catering orders are to be picked up from the Jersey
Blues Dining Room, unless otherwise directed by the Catering
Department.
