Thank You to Our Everyday Heroes
In September we were able to honor our first responders with a home cooked
southern meal in our dining room! We had police officers and fire fighters come to
our community and our residents were able to thank them for their service to the
Daphne community and the Brennity at Daphne community specifically. I was so
happy to see all the smiles on our residents’ faces and to hear all the compliments
from the first responders for the good food they were served. We love to honor
our community heroes and we appreciate how our community heroes honor us
with their dedication and service!

We are a family within our community. One of our Memory Care associate’s
sister and neighbors lost almost everything in the flooding. The team at Brennity
got together and sent her non-perishable items. The donations were given by
team and family members.

Working On Art On A Limb Project
Residents of assisted living and memory care enjoyed covering swim noodles with fabric and making yarn angels for
Eastern Shore Art Center ‘Art on a Limb.’This fun project helps raise money for the Community Outreach program which
means teaching without limits of the walls that contain the Art Center. The Brennity of Daphne and Fairhope have benefited
from this program for those who are seeking to discover the world of communication through art.
