Stoneridge Events Center offers a rustic, elegant setting for
celebrating any occasion. Conveniently located off Route 29 in
Warrenton, VA, the Tuscan-style building can welcome parties of
50 to 250 guests.
As you walk in to the grande room at Stoneridge, its plush
carpet, high ceilings and wrought iron chandelier inspire luxury
and sophistication. Floor to ceiling windows, a built-in wooden
dance floor and an open floor plan create a warm and inviting
space. The round tables and mahogany Chiavari chairs that fill
the grande room are provided with rental of our location, as well
as table linen, china, and glassware. In-house caterer Savory Fare provides exceptional service in
the kitchen, featuring a staff of talented chefs and food designers with over fifty years of collective
event management experience. Outside, enjoy the view of impeccable landscaping on the spacious
terrace, which can also serve as a picturesque site for wedding ceremonies.

Private meeting rooms are not exclusively available on the
weekends unless special arrangements are made with the sales
manager.
Pricing based on up to four hours. Additional hours are
available at a rate of $3 per guest per hour. As part of the
venue rental, Stoneridge provides all tables, chairs, white
or ivory linen, china and glassware. AV equipment and PA
system are available for an additional charge.
Stoneridge Events Center offers outstanding cuisine to complement any event. Savory Fare Catering,
our in-house culinary team, provides fresh, local ingredients and professional service that will
surely leave an impression on you and your guests. The options listed below are just a sampling of
our chef’s specialties. Please ask our sales manager about custom menus and additional options.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Operations Fee: A service charge of 22% will be added to the subtotal of all charges. This fee covers the labor associated with
preparing the food for the event, setting up and breaking down the event space, wait staff, bartenders, and any other miscellaneous
overhead.
Outside Food: Savory Fare Catering is the exclusive caterer for Stoneridge Events Center. Exceptions are made for licensed bakers
to provide specialty cakes for events. Cake cutting is provided at no charge.
Guest Count: An initial proposal will be created based on the client’s estimated guest count and time duration. Client must confirm
the guaranteed number of guests by ten days prior to the event. Increases to the guest count can be made until three days prior
to the event, at which point payment based on this number is due. Should the guest count exceed the count provided on the day
of the event, the client will be billed for the additional guests.
Booking your event: A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated total cost is required to secure your
event at Stoneridge. The deposit will be applied towards the final balance. Menus and the event timeframe can be revised thirty
days prior to the event.

From Northern VA, take 66W towards Front Royal to exit 43A (29S/
Lee Highway). Follow 29S towards Warrenton for approximately
11 miles. Once you pass Outback and Starbucks, turn left onto
Comfort Inn Drive. Stoneridge Events Center will be on the left
next to Nuevo Suites.
From Culpeper, VA take 29N/Lee Highway for approximately
22 miles. Turn right onto Comfort Inn Drive. Stoneridge Events
Center will be on the left next to Nuevo Suites.
