above named decedent, and for appointment of Donald LaLonde, III, whose address is 545 E. 39th Street, Hibbing, MN
55746, as personal representative of the
estate of the above named decedents in
unsupervised/supervised administration,
and that any objections thereto must be
filed with the Court. That, if proper, and
no objections are filed, a personal representative will be appointed to administer
the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses,
and sell real and personal property, and
do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate

personal representative or to the Court
Administrator within four months after

Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Two Harbors, Minnesota, held
on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by
President Norberg.
Members

Motion by Bolen and Borud that the
reading of the June 27, 2016 regular
meeting minutes be dispensed with and
approved as published. Carried.
Communications:
1. A request from Gary Ojard, North
Shore Classics, regarding street closures
for the Minnesota Street Rod Association
Summer Picnic on July 16, 2016. Motion
by Bolen and Erickson approving the request as submitted. Carried.
2. A letter from the Minnesota Department of Health, regarding drinking water
Summary of Detect Monitoring.
3. An update on rehabilitation and
creation of the Lakeview Hospital Soccer
Fields from Mike Kaczrowski. Motion by
Erickson and Glaser referring the matter
to Public Works. Carried.
Motion by Erickson and Bolen that
RESOLUTION NO. 7-181-16 ALLOWING CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF
TWO HARBORS in the amount of
$1,096,632.08 be adopted as read. Carried by a unanimous yea vote of all members present on roll call.
