WGPSN CEO - Robin Watson
As Chief Executive for WGPSN, Robin is responsible for leading
the production services division (and largest division) of John Wood
Group plc.
Our organisational structure reflects our strategic business focus
and Robin is tasked with ensuring that WGPSN realises its vision
of being the best company to work for and the best company to
work with, focussing on continuous improvement. He is committed
to ensuring our divisional organisation has the right business
leadership, governance and level of localisation to align with our
business strategy.
Based in Aberdeen, Robin reports directly to Bob Keiller, Wood
Group CEO and sits on the Wood Group board of directors.

James is responsible for all aspects of our business in Africa from
operations to strategic business development and growth.
Reports to
Our operations across Africa include a range of operations,
maintenance, engineering, and construction projects in 12 countries
(Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea,
Ghana, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia and Uganda),
employing over 3,200 people.
Based in Aberdeen, James reports directly to Robin Watson,
WGPSN Chief Executive. He is also a member of the Group Ethics
committee.

Americas Presidents – John Glithero & Mitch Fralick
This is our only dual directors’ role and is due to the sheer size
and geographic spread of our Americas business. Together,
Mitch & John will be responsible for the performance, growth and
development of the WGPSN business in Eastern Canada, the USA,
Latin Americas and the Caribbean.
Reports to
Our Americas business employs more than 8,800 people and
Mitch & John bring leadership, operations, logistics, administrative,
safety and financial support to the various business units within the
WGPSN Americas business.

Managing Director - Australia & Asia Pacific - Andrew Stewart
Andrew will be responsible for the delivery of existing contracts and
future growth in one of our most diversified operating regions. Our
Australian portfolio includes brownfield engineering, procurement
and construction (EPC) contracts with Esso, Woodside and QGC,
maintenance contracts with Caltex and Melbourne Water and
a variety of engineering and project services to clients based in
Russia, India, Chad and Canada.

Reports to
The Asia portfolio includes maintenance services to clients in
Singapore and the Philippines, and duty holder provision for Santos
in Sangu, Bangladesh. Collectively, we employ more than 2,000
people in the region and key operating hubs include Melbourne,
Perth, Brisbane and Singapore.
Based in Melbourne, Andrew reports directly to Robin Watson,
WGPSN Chief Executive.

Managing Director - Middle East & ERC - Dave Buchan
As Regional Managing Director for the Middle East & ERC (Europe,
Russia and the Caspian), Dave is responsible for all of WGPSN’s
business in the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Qatar, India, Sakhalin
Island, Russia and Kazakhstan where collectively, we employ more
than 5,300 people.

Dave is responsible for the delivery of existing contracts and future
growth in one of our largest operating regions.
Reports to
The UK portfolio includes large integrated services contracts with
Taqa, Talisman, Shell and BP and duty holder provision for Ithaca
and Teekay/Centrica. It also includes engineering and construction
services to Total, CNR, EnQuest, Perenco and EOG, medium
integrated support contracts to Dana, ConocoPhillips and Chevron,
operations and maintenance support to Nexen and Premier and
additional regional support operations in Glasgow, Runcorn and
Hull. We employ over 10,000 people in the UK with almost half of
our workforce based offshore.
Based in Aberdeen, Dave reports directly to Robin Watson, WGPSN
Chief Executive.

Director of People & Organisation - Paul Blair
Paul is responsible for leading all of the people aspects of
WGPSN’s business. The People & Organisation function brings
together our global HR teams, HR services, strategic resourcing
function, training group and organisational development teams.
The function is designed to bring unity, collaboration and enhanced
efficiency to the way we attract, retain and develop employees.
Paul will primarily focus on development and change management
and retains his role as Group Organisational Development Director.

Global Engineering Network (GEN) Director - Pat Delany
Pat leads the development and delivery of our global network of
engineering capability. The GEN development plan targets the
opening of new hub engineering offices around the world to access
new skills, offer increased resource availability and tactically grow
our global footprint.

The GEN team has developed systems and work processes to
deliver engineering “one way” in a global workshare framework
