About The Oasis
Countryside Manor is a peaceful, exclusive community of just 30 custom built homes all set well apart from one another with large established gardens, with an
abundance of pine, oak & palm trees and surrounded by conservation area of protected woodlands and wetlands . Squirrels, birds and other wildlife can be
watched from the villa! There are two top class Golf Courses nearby, horse riding, and nearby Lake Toho for boating and fishing. Two beautiful nature reserves
can be found only minutes away, one is run and maintained by local schools and the other is run by the Disney Corporation and is a fascinating insight into the
reclamation of commercialized land back into a natural habitat. Here you can go on nature trails and spot local wildlife. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are
all conveniently placed within 5 - 10 minutes of Countryside Manor, and a brand new Wal-marts has just recently opened nearby. Additionally the property is
about 10 minutes drive from Highway 192 with its wealth of attractions, shops, bars and restaurants Orlando airport is aprox 25 minutes drive, Sanford airport is
50 minutes and Tampa 55 minutes. Walt Disney World Resort Main gate is 18 minutes, and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures is 30 minutes drive, with
Sea World and Wet n Wild being with 20 - 30 minutes. Kennedy Space centre and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast are 1 hour away with the stunning
beaches on the Gulf coast being 80 minutes drive. Countryside Manor is a stunning location for your vacation. Truly a tropical oasis.
Facilities
Living Space
The living space is composed in an open plan design, making the most of the space and allowing the natural Florida
sunshine to flood trhoughout the property. The living room is furnished with a pretty 3 seater settee and 2 seater love
seat with coffee tables and lamps. The windows and patio doors are adorned by lovely lilac and cream drapes, leading
out to the private pool and decking. It is a lovely area to sit and chat or read a book. The dining area is also part of the
large open plan space sporting high cathedral ceilings and flatteringly vast windows. It is separate from the less formal
TV lounge, and so providing a quiet space to relax. It overlooks the landscaped front lawn and patio doors leading out
onto the lanai and pool area. Bring your own laptop and surf the web by the pool with complimentary wireless internet
connection or use our Windows XP PC with high speed connection so you can keep in touch with your friends and
family while enjoying your vacation.
Master Bedroom Suite
Enjoy sleeping in our huge Arabian Nights Master Bedroom with King sized bed and exquisite furnishings. It is a room
of unashamed romantic escapism from the luxury bedding to the fabulous solid ash furniture. The Exquisite dresser
provides plenty of storage space and the armoire neatly conceals the widescreen cable TV and DVD player. The vast
en-suite bathroom faility boasts a luxury tub, seperate shower, toilet and basins.
Large Guest Bedroom
Our Indian Summer Queen bedroom has an exquisite combination of soft furnishings in rich shades which gives the
room a truly exotic ambience. Your comfort is assured with the luxury pillow-top mattress. There are light wood bedside
cabinets with night lamps , a large chest of drawers with mirror over it and a closet big enough for all your clothes. It
comes complete with clock radio, a widescreen cable TV and a ceiling fan with light completing the colonial look to this
room.
Buzz Themed Guest
Bedroom
Here is our Buzz Lightyear To the Rescue twin bedroom. A night in here will transport you "To Infinity and Beyond!"
There is great Buzz Lightyear bedding with comforters, sheets and blankets all with your hero on, plus two great
posters, one with Buzz, the other with the lovable Woody. Our Buzz Lightyear bedroom also a fun ceiling fan with
lights, nightstands with lamps and a Buzz Lightyear nightlight. Kids can have a great time in this room playing on our
PS2 with games, or watching the TV, video or DVD. There are a selection of videos and DVD's for them to choose
from! The 2 singles can also be merged to make 1 knig size bed for guests who request.
'Underwater' Guest Bedroom
Drift of to sleep in our lovely Coral Reef twin bedroom. Two twin beds with fun comforters with lots of fish darting all over
them and drapes to match, and a net on the wall with the catch of the day. If you like the seaside, you will love this
room.
Games Room
Located in the convered garage area. Relax and have fun in our carpeted games room that has a full sized slate bed
pool table, air hockey table and bar.
Outside Space
To the rear of the proeprty is a large private pool and decked area comlpete with dining furniture and luxury hot tub!
Beyond the lanai is a beautiful private garden complete with chair swing.
