2 G –TR Assembly

2.1 Open the package and remove cover.
2.2 Turn the tape applicator to the side.
2.3 Loosen the large handle adjustment
screw.
2.4 Lift handle bar.
2.5 Handle bar must be in line with the
screw.
2.6 Tighten handle adjustment screw.
2.7 Remove blade cover.

3 Retaining Clip Adjustment

3.1 Remove Allen wrench.
3.2 Pull the retaining clip forward and loosen
the set screw on the adjustment ring.
3.3 Adjust the rings to the desired tape
width.
3.4 The retaining clip should be set to the
center of the tape roll.
3.5 Move adjustment ring into the needed
position and tighten the set screws.
For tape widths of 5 cm or less, both
adjustment rings are needed.
Over 5 cm tape width, only one
adjustment ring is needed, placed on the
outside edge.
3.6 Remove end cover cap.
3.7 Slip spare adjustment ring not used from
step 3.5.
3.8 Put on end cover cap.
3.9 The retaining clip is adjusted.

4 Insert Tape Roll

4.1 Loosen tape from the roll.
4.2 Open retaining clip.
4.4 Unroll a small amount of tape.
4.5 Guide tape through and around tape
holder. Attention! Risk of injury –
sharp blade.
4.3 Insert tape roll, adhesive side facing up.
5 Spare Tape Rolls
5.1 Spare tape bar should be mounted as
low as possible.
5.2 Spare tape roll hanging on spare
tape bar.
6 Operation
6.1 Position tape applicator.

6.2 Before starting to tape, tip the applicator
forward and begin to push.
6.3 After your initial push, lay applicator flat
on floor and continue to push and tape.
7 Cutting mechanism
7.1 Pull lever to cut tape.

7.2 Tape is cut.
8 Blade Replacement
Attention:
sharp blade!
Risk of injury.
8.3 Unscrew and remove old blade. Allen
wrench included
8.1 Remove cutting lever spring.
8.2 Turn over tape applicator to see blade.
8.4 NInsert new blade and screw tightly.
8.5 Re-attach cutting lever spring.
9 Brush Replacement
Allen wrench not included!
9.1 Remove old brush. Allen wrench not
included.
9.2 Screw new brush into position.
