(Mail Hosting: NTT Communications (Thailand) Co., Ltd.)
1) Open Microsoft Outlook 2016 > on the top left of screen click “ File ”
2) At “ Info ” tab click “ Account Settings ” > Select “ Account Settings… ”

3) When “ Account Settings ” window appear click at “ E-mail ” tab > Click “ New… ”
4) Choose “ Manual setup or additional server types ” > Click “ Next > ”

5) Choose “ POP or IMAP ” > Click “ Next ”

6) Fill some information in the blank for “ User Information ”, “ Server Information ” and
“ Logon Information ” and choose “ Remember password ”
When you fill all information, click “ More Settings… ” to continue.
For Example
User Information
Your Name: John Smith
E-mail Address: [email protected]
Server Information
Account Type: POP3
Incoming mail server: pop.ntt.co.th
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.ntt.co.th
Logon Information
User Name: [email protected]
Password: xxxxxxx

7) On “ Internet E-mail Settings ” page > click “ Outgoing Server ” tab > Select “ My outgoing server (SMTP)
requires authentication ” and also select “ Use same settings as my incoming mail server ”.

8) After configured “ Outgoing server ” tab select “ Advanced ” tab and configure as below
Incoming server (POP3): 110
Outgoing Server (SMTP): 25
Please set at “ Use the following type of encrypted connection ” to setting to “ None ”
Then go to “ Delivery ” select “ Leave a copy messages on the server ” and set “ Remove from server after
… days ” to be “ 5 days ”
After finish all configurations click “ OK ”.

9) Finally click “ Finish ” to end configuration.
