ASA-LIFT also provides various other machines for harvesting rootcrops with/without top.
The ASA-LIFT trailed sharelifter model TRS, is specially designed for harvesting carrots & parsnips. DF
= DIRECT FLOW, indicate the low angle elevator, which provide high capasity and gentle unloading.
A sharelifter section, can be mounted also on our traditional liftmounted, trailed and selfpropelled
harvesters.

TRS sharelifter is designed together with some large growers, for whom the conditions during winter,
can be very wet and difficult.
One of the main reasons for designing this machine, was to provide the growers a machine with very
high capasity and optimal cleaning, without damaging the crops. There are various possibilities for
optimizing the harvest, exactly for Your conditions.
Many growers also use the machine for harvesting carrots during the season with green top. Before

Straw in winter
During the season with green top, the rootcrops can also be harvested with the TRS sharelifter. Before sharelifting, the rootcrops are topped of.
During the winterperiod, the crops are covered with plastic and straw. This is removed continuesly,
just before harvesting.
Various equipment which is standard on the machine :
- Torpedo or flat share
- Drop from 1st to 2nd web, provide extra cleaning
- Large hedgehog provides a good cleaning of soil and loose leafes
- Wide elevator with possibility of depositor for gentle unloading
- Large wheels, which reduce soil pressure
- Strong hydraulic system incl. oilcooler
- Open frame construction, which provides optimal view from the drivers seat
- Direct drive of webs, with motor and gear mounted direct on web axle
- Special ASA-LIFT designed drive sprockets in “POLY”, which drives direct on web. These provides
low wearing and optimal grip on the web - see photo

- Hydraulic shaking share, for better intake
- Automatic depth control on pickup section, for better intake
- Hydraulic driven brushes, for cleaning in wheeltrack before intake
- Hydraulic driven intake disc, for cutting in each side of the intake area
- Hydraulic shakers on webs, for extra cleaning
- 2nd web mounted with special square hole web, provide extra cleaning
- 2nd web with horizontal levelling, good when driving on hills
- Special cleaning STAR table underneath the hedgehog, provides extra cleaning
- PVC and rubber fingers in elevator, for gentle deposit
- Hydraulic rubber depositor at the end of elevator, provides gentle unload
- Hydraulic horizontal levelling of rear axle, provides optimal position of machine during harvest
- Hydraulic driven wheels, with large & strong hydraulic system, incl. adjustment of “DRIVEFORCE”
