A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE FOR A WATER SYSTEM
TO SERVE BOCA CIEGO VILLAGE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NAPLES, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Bill of Sale from U.S. Home
Corporation for a water system to serve
Boca Ciego Village, copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein,
is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED IN OPEN AND REGULAR SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF

SUBJ:
Acceptance of Water Main to Serve Boca Ciega Village
Boca Ciega Village, a small development just east of Lakewood in
the County service area, is served water via a master meter located
on the easterly boundary of the City water service area.
Of the entire constructed water system, approximately 67 feet of
water main is within the City service area, and is the subject of
the attached bill of sale.
I request that this be submitted to Council with a recommendation
for acceptance.
The main was constructed and tested in accordance with City
specifications and the Bill of Sale has been approved as to form
by the City Attorney.

furnished, used or supplied for the utility systems within Boca Ciega Village
have been fully paid for and discharged, and there is no possible lien which
may be filed against said property for work, labor and materials furnished
thereon, to the knowledge of Affiant.
3.
That all improvements to and upon the said property have been paid
'for in full by Affiant unto all persons, firms and corporations whatsoever.
