This album is a celebration of rokk ebony’s 25 Years of Hairdressing Excellence.
Each season rokk ebony produces a signature collection that underpins our hair fashion direction. These
images are seen widely on our signage, vouchers, website and social media, but not many people know the
thorough process that eokk ebony undertakes to create such fashion-focused hairdressing. Firstly, the rokk
ebony creative team members study forthcoming trends, fashion and culture discussing these weekly.
Creative Director Pina Mercuri, Daniella Barca, Charlene Fernandez, Yoshi Su, Adam Isles, Emily Costibile,
Kieran Hanley and Linda Vergura refer to international catwalks, fashion house launches and street looks.
This culminates in a carefully curated 50-plus page Look Book which becomes the foundation of our new
seasons looks. The team then designs haircuts, styles and colours to form new, fashion forward looks for our
trendsetter clientele. Due to our ability to set hair fashion direction, international hair trade and consumer
media have embraced our collections, publishing them far and wide. We are extremely proud of our international
media following so have produced this clippings album to share with our clients. Selection by the world's
editors is great recognition of the rokk ebony creative team's talent and professionalism. It also gives kudos to
the superb fashion stylists and make up artists who collaborate to express each seasonal rokk ebony creative
thrust to perfection. Of course, none of this would happen without the consummate skill of our photographer
Elizabeth Kinnaird whose work features throughout this album.
During our 25 years, along with our photographic success, we have won Salon of the Year titles 15 times and
more than 700 hairdressing awards. Through our training academy, we are constantly motivated and inspired
to create new fashion cuts, colours and styles for our valued clients.
