Sponsored By: Councilman Dirck Councilman Caverly ORDINANCE NO. 2013- 3701 BILL NO. 3762 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ACQUIRE RIGHT-OF- WAY AND TEMPORARY SLOPE CONSTRUCTION LICENSES RELATED TO THE READING AVENUE PHASE II STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT HARDING AVENUE NORTH TO CUL-DE- SAC) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-MARYLAND HEIGHTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City, is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Michael Bakalor, a single person, Julie Bakalor, a single person, and Joseph Bakalor, a single person, as set forth in Exhibit " A," attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City, is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Ronald Gene Eller, a single person, as set forth in Exhibit " B" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 3. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City, is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Phillip F. Ruffino, a single person, as set forth in Exhibit" C" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 4. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City, is authorized to acquire right-of-way from Regina Baker, a single person, as set forth in Exhibit" D" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 5. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City, is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Regina Baker, a single person, as set forth in Exhibit" E" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 6. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City, is authorized to acquire right-of-way from Regina Baker, a single person as set forth in Exhibit" F" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 7. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City, is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Regina Baker, a single person, as set forth in Exhibit " G" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
