AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ACQUIRE
RIGHT-OF- WAY AND TEMPORARY SLOPE CONSTRUCTION LICENSES RELATED TO
THE READING AVENUE PHASE II STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
HARDING AVENUE NORTH TO CUL-DE- SAC)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-MARYLAND HEIGHTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City,
is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Michael Bakalor, a
single person, Julie Bakalor, a single person, and Joseph Bakalor, a single person, as set
forth in Exhibit " A," attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City,
is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Ronald Gene Eller, a
single person, as set forth in Exhibit " B" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 3. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the
City, is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Phillip F.
Ruffino, a single person, as set forth in Exhibit" C" attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
Section 4. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City,
is authorized to acquire right-of-way from Regina Baker, a single person, as set forth in
Exhibit" D" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 5. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City,
is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Regina Baker, a
single person, as set forth in Exhibit" E" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 6. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City,
is authorized to acquire right-of-way from Regina Baker, a single person as set forth in
Exhibit" F" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 7. The City Administrator of the City of Maryland Heights, on behalf of the City,
is authorized to acquire a temporary slope construction license from Regina Baker, a
single person, as set forth in Exhibit " G" attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Section 8. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.

WITNESSETH, THAT the city of Maryland Heights, for and in consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety
Seven Dollars and 00/ 100($ 997. 00) and other valuable consideration paid, Michael Bakalor, a single person, Julie
Bakalor a single person, and Joseph Bakalor, a single person„ fee owners, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents, grant the City of Maryland Heights a Temporary Slope and Construction
License upon the following to wit: all real estate indicated by the hachured pattern on the attached plat, hereby
made a part of this Indenture.
SAID TEMPORARY SLOPE AND CONSTRUCTION LICENSE is granted for the purpose of making cuts,
fills, and sloping embankments, construction drives and parking lots, providing working room and implementing
any and all other related construction items until such time as the project known as Reading Avenue Improvements
may be completed and accepted by the City of Maryland Heights. The term of this easement will remain in full
force and effect until the project known as Reading Avenue Improvements is complete.
