BLIND
In GRID INPUT you can select the option Blind now.
The costs of blinds are displayed on the estimation print out.

SOLID GLASS CORNERS
In GRID INPUT you are now able to set-up solid glass corners for curtain walls.
Therefor click on the button Folding and select a mullion.
The Folding dialogue appears. Here you can set-up solid glass corners.
Now, Logikal calculates all cut dimensions of transoms and glass panes automatically.
Below, you can find an example in CROSS SECTIONS.

APPORTION POSITIONS
In the dialogue Apportion Positions you are now able to allocate a calculation reference for individual
cost types.

TRANSOM STATICS
Now, it is also possible to perform structural calculations for transoms regarding their Iy values during
INPUT OF ELEMENTS.
By means of this example it is shown how to use this new feature.
Enter a curtain wall as usual with enabled structural analysis.
This example includes a curtain wall with four fields.
The minimum Ix value is already displayed when selecting transom profiles. The minimum Iy value
cannot be calculated at this point of time since the glass weight is first known after completing GLASS
INPUT.
Please proceed to GLASS INPUT.

Determine the glass for the individual fields of the curtain wall and finish your input by clicking Apply.
If the transom deflection due to dead load of glass and transom exceeds the allowed value a warning
message will appear in GLASS INPUT.
Return to INPUT OF ELEMENTS by clicking the Back button.
Click the button Transoms here.
In addition to the minimum Ix value the minimum Iy value is stated now as well.
By means of these statements you may select the correct transom profiles now.

ALIGN PROFILES ON INSERTION ELEMENTS
Profiles can now also be aligned on insertion elements.
You can use this funtion for curtain walls and position frameworks.

MULTIPLE ADD-ON PROFILES
It is now possible to enter multiple Add-On Profiles.
In the dialogue INPUT OF ELEMENTS you can also insert add-on profiles by right-click.

MATERIAL POSITION
When entering new material, positions there are new formulas available for the input of secondary
profiles.
The new formulas are as follows:
- Width of all Positions
- 2x Width of all Positions
- Height of all Postitions
- 2x Height of all Postitions
- 1x Width + 1x Height of all Positions
- 1x Width + 2x Height of all Positions
- 2x Width + 1x Height of all Positions
- Perimeter of all Positions
- Bar Length

GLASS INPUT
Now, glass successors are considerd directly during glass input.
If the program recognizes that technical conditions of a glass are not fullfilled and a glass successor
was defind for this glass, then, the selected glass will be automatically replaced by the glass
successor in GLASS INPUT without any further warning message.

GLAZING BEAD PER INSERTION
In Insertion Data you are now able to determine separate glazing bead variants for each single
insertion.

FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION HOURS
In the dialogue Other Costs in FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION HOURS you can allocate
references now as well.

CNC-WORK PREPARATION
EDIT GROUP MANUALLY
In the CNC WORK PREPARATION it is now also possible, to adjust groups in x-direction.
Select a group and click on the button Edit Group.
The dialogue Edit Group Manually appears.
Here you can determine the X-offset.

CNC DATABASE
NEW ELUCAD ECW-INTERFACE
In the CNC DATABASE the new EluCad ECW-Interface is available now.
LogiKal is now able to generate ECW-files. Those can be directly opend with EluCad.

SPECIAL ORIENTATION FOR PROFILES
In the SETTINGS FOR CNC MACHINE you can select the option Bottom always left under Special
orientation for profiles with cut I-V or –V-I.
The new function changes the orientation of a profile automatically when the profile end is not on the
bottom left. The changes affect also CNC-files, CNC work plans and bar drawings.

SYSTEM DATA -> CUT CORRECTION
In User Database -> System Data -> Cut it is now possible to set-up cut correction conditions for side
hung and bottom hung windows and doors with barrel hinges.

In Labour Hours you can now set-up the insertion time for glass depending on weight.

SETTINGS
USER
Now it is possible to copy user rights.
Therefor right click on the user whose rights you want to modify and select the option Copy from
user. There you can select the user you want to copy the rights from.

SAW SETTINGS
Only profiles with a cutting angle unequal 45° or 90° will be extended to a specific dimension and cut
by 90°.
For the saw formats Emmegi (V2.1) and Elumatec DGX it is now possible to transfer double cuts (45°
and 90° cut at a profile end) in the saw file.
