1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
This application is used for online recharge of smart cards used for toll transactions in all toll plazas (like
HKTR) under Reliance . The recharge is possible for both local and monthly passes. The purpose of this
document is to aid all the Smart Card Holder-Customer users of the PGI application in understanding its
usage , functions and processes to perform their tasks in the application. The overall information flow of
the system is shown below:

2. SMART CARD HOLDER-CUSTOMER
This section describes how the Smart Card Holder-Customer shall perform his/her tasks in this
application.
2.1.
Registration of the Customer
When the smart card is issued to a customer , he/she is registered to Toll Plaza when the client account
of the customer is created in the toll plaza application. The customer is provided the details of his
account which consists of Contract ID, Contract No., Vehicle No. , Pass Type and Customer Relationship
No.(CRN) along with the smart card. The account details of a sample customer are mentioned below:Contract ID

Login and User Creation
A. Admin can either go to the website http://www.relianceroads.com and follow recharge the toll pass
krishnagiri link or go directly to the URL
http://krishnagiritoll.relianceroads.com/Pgateway/Payment/LoginPage.aspx to arrive at the login
screen as shown below.
B. “Sign Up to register as the new user” link in the previous screen displays the “User Registration
page” as shown below , where the user details data is submitted after filling the required fields.

Customers’ user id and password are sent to the given email id which they can use to recharge their
cards.
C. The “Sign In” link in the previous screen would bring back the login page to allow the customer to
login by using the User Id and Password received through email. Then after logging in with the
correct user ID and password, the following “User Home” screen is displayed and it can be opened
from any other page by clicking on the “Home” link in the top-right region.

2.3.
Payment Process
A. The customer must go to the payment detail option which is in left side menu under account detail
to display the “User Payment Details” screen as shown below. The customer must fill all the
required fields correctly before proceeding by submitting it.
B. The following screen of Billdesk Payment Gateway is displayed once the submit button from the
previous screen is pressed. Then the data should be submitted after selecting the correct payment
option.

C. All the mandatory details are filled in the screen below, then clicking on the “Make Payment” button
initiates the payment process.
D. After completion of process, the response comes on “Toll PGI Application”. All the transaction
details like CRN, Online Ref. No., Customer name, Bank Ref. No., Bank and Total Amount of the
customer will be displayed in the form of Grid View, on the same screen(User Payment Details)
from which the payment had started.
2.4.
Change Password
The user should select the “change password” option from the left side menu to change his/her login
password. The following screen shows the interface to reset the password.

2.5.
Change Mobile Number
The user should select the “Change Mobile Number” option from the left side menu to change his/her
registered mobile number. The following screen represents the interface to change the registered
mobile number of the user.
2.6.
Change Email ID
The user should select the “Change Email ID” option from the left side menu to change his/her
registered Email ID. The following screen represents the interface to change the registered email ID of
the user.

2.7.
Password Retrieval
Go to the “forgot password” link on the login page to display the following screen . The user must fill
his/her user ID and email ID to generate a new password ,which shall be sent to the given email ID of the
user.
2.8.
Logout
Once the user is finished with the session, he/she must logout by clicking on the logout button in the top
right region to ensure security.
