When toasting, use slices of similar size, thickness and freshness.
Old (yesterdays) bread contains less moisture, so makes crispier toast.
Old or thin bread cooks faster than fresh or thick bread – use a lighter setting.
Sweet bread products (tea cakes, fruit loaf, etc) brown much more quickly than
ordinary bread, so should be toasted on a lighter setting.

Place your vegetables into the Steam Tray, cover and cook.
The Poach Tray can also be used to heat Baked Beans (tinned), chopped or plum
tomatoes (tinned), simply follow the Poach procedure.

Cooking Hints
When the appliance is switched on the red LED light will illuminate and extinguish as
the thermostat regulates the temperature.
The egg cooker timing is controlled by the amount of water placed in the Fry Pan. The

When steaming eggs, there is still possibility the eggs may expand and leak, this is
normal.
