Event Entertainment
General Rate Estimates
***Please note*** We can custom build an entertainment package to fit your specific needs and budget. All
rates listed here are estimates. Rates may vary depending on performer, availability, date/time, holiday
proximity, location, event type/details, costume requests, specific client needs, etc. Some performer’s rates are
flexible, and Event Entertainment packages can be custom created and adjusted to fit your particular needs and
budget. Costumes are typically already included in the performer rate, unless your requests are incredibly
specific or elaborate, or something that we do not have in stock. Not all of our offerings are listed here. Please
ask if you have a request that you do not see below.
Environmental Performers
The simplest entertainment we offer is environmental. These talented performers spontaneously interact with
your guests, strolling through the crowd or hanging magically amongst them, high in the air. This kind of
performer typically entertains your guests from 1-4 hours (with breaks). Our minimum rate per performer is
$295.

Performance Acts
Performance Acts are fully choreographed and treated as a fully attention-grabbing show, while performances
that are environmental in nature are more casual, with the performer usually moving throughout the party as it
goes on. Many of the Performance Acts below can easily fit as one piece of a longer presentation (your own
presentation – or one that we create for you). Some performer’s rates are flexible, and most offer a discounted
rate for an additional set. Certain acts can be performed to music of your choice if necessary. Please let us
know in advance if this is something you desire.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
“Everything was perfect yesterday! Thank you so much. [He] and his friends had a wonderful time at his birthday
party. All of the instructors were excellent and did a great job engaging the kids while embracing the superhero theme
and ensuring everyone had fun. [He] loved that the instructors dressed in costume and used "Avengers Assemble!" to
get the kids to regroup. Thanks to all for making his fourth birthday a wonderful one! I couldn't have asked for (a)
better party for [my child].” - Kris C.
“The party was perfect! [They] all had a great time. Your instructors were really great with the kids and their
explanations on what to do…were well understood by the kids. I loved the space and the fact that we had the table/food
in the same area as the activities made it more fun. Overall, we loved the party and we will definitely recommend
this to anyone who asks!” - Jill W.
CLASSES AND CAMPS
“Anna loves circus camp twice as much as any camp she has ever attended.” - Arleen T.
“I don’t think my daughter would be the fearless, confident, athletic girl she is today without her years of
training and experience at The Actors Gymnasium. Could there be a better self-esteem booster than learning how to
fly?” - Peggy N.
“My wife and I sponsored [a child] in the Winter Circus Camp. [He] is part of a refugee family … and is
still rather shy around new people, but I wanted you to be sure to know that he was absolutely thrilled with
the camp…thanks for letting [him] have this great experience, and we hope he'll be able to participate in one
of your programs somehow in the future.” – David W.
