endeavored to catalogue and describe
correctly the property being sold in this
Live Auction & Raffle. Franciscan Hospital
for Children reserves the right to make
corrections and provide additional
information at the time of sale.
2. A bid is a legal and binding contract to
buy. All sales are final.
3. An opening bid must meet or exceed the
minimum opening bid shown on the
item’s bid sheet. Each subsequent bid
must exceed the previous bid by at least
the minimum increment shown on the
bid sheet. Bids not meeting these
requirements will be null and void.
4. Franciscan Hospital for Children reserves
the right to remove items from or add
items to the Auction and to lower
minimum bids and to modify closing
times.
5. Full payment must be received on the
date of purchase; payment is to be made
by cash, check, or credit card before the
item is removed.
6. Items purchased must be removed
imediately after the event unless specific
arrangements to hold them have been
made.
7. Items purchased must be used within 1
year from the date of winning unless
otherwise stated.
8. Lost or misplaced gift certificates will not
be replaced.
All auction and raffle items are to be picked
up in the pre-function space following this
evening’s program.
