Call for Proposals
The Lino Spiteri Foundation for Inclusive Employment is a public partnership that aims to support
individuals with disabled persons reach and sustain gainful employment through training, job matching,
on-the-job coaching and social enterprise, whilst supporting companies wishing to create a more open
and inclusive workforce.
Provision of Job Coaches
Lot 1
The LSF is seeking a competent provider to
supply trained and experienced job coaches to
support persons with disabilities and/or with
mental health problems in open or supported
employment.
Job Coaching for persons with physical, sensory
or intellectual disabilities, autism and learning
disabilities.
These key persons will be employed by the
provider & will be responsible for an assigned
case-load under the supervision of the
management team of the Foundation.

Job Coaching for persons who have a mental
health problem that is causing disablement or
impairment.
The Provider/s
The provider/s of these services must meet the
following criteria;
‣ A track record of training job coaches in the
disability sector or mental health field
‣ A wealth of experience and expertise in a
wide range of disability or mental health
services
‣ Competent management systems
‣ Quality assurance or accreditation.
