Norman Perez is an experienced Project Manager of 15-years in both Construction and IT professions. Mr. Perez is responsible for the
successful delivery of financial reports, schedules, and performance tracking on all current job sites. His passion and dedication allows him to
actively engage in perusing new opportunities and ventures to expand the company’s business model, allowing Edificium to become a leader
in the construction industry.
Mr. Perez has successfully engaged in the negotiation with Eco Global to become a primary and preferred General Contractor for 2015.
Edificium has been giving the opportunity to participate in the renovation of five Super Walmart’s through the State of Florida. Formally
known Eco construction, Eco and Mr. Perez where responsible for the successful delivery of all Pizeria Unos and Cracker Barrel renovations
for the central Florida Area in 2006 – 2007 for an estimated project cost of $50 Million dollars.

Co-Founder Andrea Vargas, is an established professional leader providing reliable guidance in service and business operations. She specializes
in corporate training, project management consulting, cost gathering, and financial management. Ms. Vargas is responsible for developing and
implementing the overall administrative and management policy for Edificium.
Andrea’s additional responsibilities include goal planning and the implementation of policies and procedures within Edificium ensuring
accurate and effective actions. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills have helped secure many contracts for the company.
Andrea has been key to Edificium’s success and her superb ability to build long lasting relationships and negotiation skills have allowed for
creative solutions even in the mist of challenging and complex circumstances.

Charles Frey possesses over 30-years of real estate experience specializing in real estate development and sales. Mr. Frey’s background and
experience are valuable, making him a fundamental business partner. Currently, Charles oversees all real estate transactions and future
development projects for Edificium.
Mr. Frey Lead Sales effort which realized in excess of $300 million in sales of residential condominium hotel over a period of two years as
Founder, CEO, and COO of Sun Asset Holdings, Inc. for the Lake Buena Vista resort in Orlando, Florida.
While President and Executive VP of Sunterra Resorts Mr. Frey Grew annual sales from two resorts with $11 Million in sales to over 89 resorts
with $450 million in sales within a Public Company reporting environment.

Edward Lechner is the icense holder for the company and lead project manager with 30+ years of experience in pre construction and
construction management for commercial, residential, industrial and vacation resort projects. Mr. Lechner’s ability to provide reliable on-site
solutions using superb trouble-shooting and analytical skills has proven to be an essential asset to Edificium’s growth.
Mr. Lechner is responsible for project coordination including time management and multi-tasking as well as project organization and
supervision.

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa (1,000 Units)
Lake Buena Vista, Florida
SAHI held the Coordinating Lead Sales Broker contract with the developers of this
project and sold over $200 million in condo/hotel units over a 2 year period. The first
two buildings completed and closed in March 2006. SAHI did the initial development
budgets, designed the unit plans, recommended the architect and the furniture
contractor, set initial pricing and absorption schedules and provided mortgages and
title services.
Total development budget is estimated at approximately $412,500,000.

Kissimmee, Florida
SAHI has sold through a $30 million, 110 single family home site which it is located in
Kissimmee, Florida. Units were delivered generally at 10 per month and completed in
2006. Units are 4 bedroom vacation houses of 1,874 square feet each.
Total development budget is estimated at approximately $22,000,000.

Cypress Pointe Resort (396 Units)
Orlando, Florida
Cypress Pointe was built in two phases, 192 units in Phase 1 and 204 units in Phase 2.
The project has three story buildings of between 12 and 48 units each. Construction
started in 1992 and finished in 1997. Unit type was a 3-bedroom lock off timeshare
condominium unit of approximately 1,300 square feet.
Total development budget was approximately $71,000,000.

development and management teams associated with this project. Embassy Grand

in 1993 and was completed in 1996. Unit type was a mix of two and three bedroom
timeshare units of between 1,050 and 1,350 square feet.

Tygervalley, South Africa
Delphi Arena was completed in 1999 and has a distinct Grecian theme with the
entrance being encompassed through the amphitheatre and the Acropolis Column
in front of the building. The ground floor premises flow onto the cobbled paving and
parking area, whilst the first and second floors offer views across the Tyger Valley area.

Complete home remodel in Miami Beach. The outdated home was purchased for
$1.2 million. An extensive remodel was done to all the bathrooms, living room and a
galley kitchen that was transformed into a modern open plan kitchen. The pool was
refinished and paved. Completed in 90 days
The house sold for $3.2 Million a year later.

Marriott Hotel

A complete remodel of the rooms and lobby was done whilst the hotel remained
open. Starting on the 4th floor and working our way down, the hotel was completely
transformed in 4 months.

Preranas Boutique
Prerana’s Beauty Boutique “Where Indian fashion comes to life “ This store was
completely remodeled by combining two units together and revamping the entire
look and feel of the store. The project involved new floors, new layout, new bathrooms
and a new fresh modern design..

This house on Venetian Isle in Miami Beach was purchase for $600 000. The house was
completely gutted and an additional 1000 sq ft added. We installed a new pool and
pool deck. This was a 10 month project $300 000 was our budget. The house sold for
$2.3 million.

Miami, Florida
A vacant warehouse was converted into a tropical oasis in the middle of the Design
District in Miami Beach. New polished concrete floors were added with a complete
kitchen and prep area. The Front Line of the kitchen mimicked the bar in a beautiful
Cascade of marble. The exterior seating had synthetic decking and canvas roofing.
The exterior entry wall was converted into a Living Garden wall. The project budget
was $1.2 million.
