DEFECTIVE POLICY: Customer must request, in writing, authorization to return defective merchandise. All returns are to be prepaid freight to the origin of shipping for inspection. TOUR reserves the right to repair or replace the defective merchandise. TOUR products warranted 90 days from date of purchase*. Stick warranty is factory direct. We
do not take sticks back from dealers. Each stick is marked with factory direct warranty instructions. Aluminum frames are not warranted against bending, due to nature of sport.
BLADE AND STICK WARRANTY
Inspect SHAFT and BLADE prior to each use. Cut or dented SHAFT may cause breakage, which could cause injury. When installing blade, do not overheat or force the blade
into the SHAFT. Use caution, hot glue can cause injury. Overheating the SHAFT can cause damage to the SHAFT. Your original purchase receipt must accompany return to validate warranty. TOUR high performance shafts and blades are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This is a factory direct limited warranty, and applies
to manufacturer’s defects only. Warranty does not cover abuse or overheating of SHAFT. Warranty is only valid under normal use. SHAFT should never be in contact with open
flame. Tour SHAFTS and BLADES are not to be returned to retailer. All proposed defects are to be returned directly to TOUR Hockey, 311 W. Edwards St., Litchfield, IL 62056 for
inspection. If shaft or blade is found to be defective, Tour reserves the right to repair or replace.
