Polish and Fabric Finishes: For polish finishes and fabric selection please refer to page 37, we will work with
customers own material and are happy to upholster in multiple fabrics, with contrast piping or seats. If you
require samples please do not hesitate to contact us.
Seat Heights and Pressure Relief: A selection of our chairs are available in a variety of seat heights from
410 – 510mm, Reflexion pressure relief seat foams are available as an optional extra, please contact our sales
office for further details
Chair frames: are made from European hard wood sourced from sustainably managed forests. Upholstered
frames are constructed from glued, screwed and dowelled components. Show wood frames utilise comb
and mortice & tenon joints for strength.
Quality and finishes: We are registered with ISO9001:2008 chairs are tested to BS EN 15373:2007, Medicote
lacquer is used on all sprayed finishes, this contains antibacterial agents to fight a wide range of bacteria
including MRSA and Salmonella. All spraying is carried out to BS 6250 severe contract standard and involves
2 – 3 layers of lacquer to provide the ultra tough finish we demand.
Flame Retardancy: Our chairs are suitable for medium hazard areas as defined by BS7176, we use only
contract grade CMHR foams and use fabrics which comply with BS 5852 crib 5 as standard. We can produce
furniture suitable for high hazard areas to a crib 7 standard if required.
